GRAND BASE Osu

Location and accommodation for our family of 5 and the onsite laundry.

The hotel met our needs.

What you see in the pictures is pretty much spot on in terms of what you get. This hotel was a lovely sight for sore eyes after a whole day of travelling. The beds are by far better than your typical Airbnb beds and the rainfall showers are a lovely touch. The theme/aesthetics are peaceful and the staff were very helpful despite the language barrier. Could not recommend more!

Nothing really comes to mind.

Spacious and clean

Not being able to leave our bags prior to check in or get in the building until 3

Great location. Nice garden entrance.

Terrible view out the hotel window of a blank wall. There was mould all over the walls outside our room. The staff aren’t there much and don’t seem very friendly or welcoming.

The hotel & the room was so tidy & clean, & also modern (no receptionist wich is good). Me & my family are so excited.

The room way too hot. We can’t control the temperature

Good location. Clean, modern and newly renovated.

Having Front Desk staff would have been helpful to answer any questions.

Close to shopping streets, Large and spacious room for 5-6 people

Need more toilets for family No cooking stove and utensils. No dining table/chairs for dining in.

The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the Osu shopping area. There were a lot of restaurants around the hotel as well. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room is spacious and sound insulation is great. Beddings and towels are of good quality. The hotel is truly aesthetically pleasing!!

Separation of the toilet from the bath would have been most ideal.

Great area with a lot to do locally. Wonderful venue with great access. Would have liked to have more than 1 washer & dryer for the whole building but a coin laundry just down the road can be a solution for longer stays. Wish we had more time to stay and explore, highly recommend this for families of 4+ as double beds were easily able to be shared with younger children and the larger suites have ample room.

The hotel was very peaceful and beautiful, which made it feel upscale. The room and bathroom were quite spacious, and everything was spotless. It was also very quiet, despite being in an urban neighborhood. There was a convenient parking lot just around the corner, and several convenience stores just down the street. I was happy to find a hotel with enough room for my family!

The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but that is my only complaint!

Toilet area is very spacious. We at level1 triple room and quite convenient to bring luggages inside. Check in/out very easy. Overall is good stay. Carpark a few mins away.

bigger than most rooms. bathroom was big.

no tub

The location was easy to get to, very comfortable beds, and lots of space

Convenient location, access to washing machine, kitchen.

No dryer was tricky because the balcony was quite dirty and many people smoked outside so not the best. We ended up bringing the hanging rack into the flat, to avoid cigarette smelling clothes, but it took longer to dry. The kitchen was great but there were not any cooking utensils so we had to improvise a bit. Could do with a few basic cooking utensils and a few knives.

Clean & clear, comfortable stay for our group of 5. Location is great and spacious room size.

Great location- near downtown Nagoya and outside shopping outlets right down the street. Big room with a modern bathroom and clean facilities. There's only one washer and dryer but it's free for all guests to use. Front desk guy was very nice and checking in was an easy process.

Beds were good, location is very good as it is close to osu shopping street. It is easier to get here by using a bus after the train (and vice versa)

Although spacious, 3 king beds in one room which is not good for those sensitive to noise etc.

Great location, near subway and shopping area.Room is very large for three. Free laundry. I will book the room again if I visit Nagoya once more. Great accommodation.

Very clean and modern. Washroom was excellent. Location was excellent. Staff was very nice.
