    Pros +

    • The staff is very nice and genuinely helpful. The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from Nagoya station which is not too bad.We stayed at 2 double rooms (family of 4) and they were right next to each other. The room and the bed are comfortably set up and we had quiet and lovely rest at night. There's coin laundry inside the hotel which is convenient to us. Also, we were surprised by the free breakfast provided by the hotel. There were great varieties of food and they some of the dishes changed daily. We could freely access to the drink bar and the coffee was a highlight to my husband as it was difficult for him to find good coffee in Japan.Given all these good things, the price of the room is not expensive at all. It's a very lovely stay and we highly recommend the hotel.
    • Convenient walk to train station. Helpful staff, great facilities and clean.
    • Good variety of food for breakfast, basic but adequate. I like the happy hour (6pm - 8pm) which has beer and alcohol. The room is clean.

    Cons -

    • The room is quite small, with opaque glass window, make a bit uncomfortable.
    • The wifi speed is a bit slow. One of the light bulbs is not working. It would be nice if there is a room type that could privde a 1.8m wide bed.
    • Generally good hotel for 1 night stay.

They helped me kept our luggage because our second stay with them will be 5 days away. The room is small but adequate to open two luggages. The public onsen was really nice.

Didn’t have water fountain on each floor, nor was first bottle of water provided

It was clean, had a nice breakfast and the bathhouse and sauna were great.

Good standard hotel, close to the station. Personnel did not speak English well, but we could manage.

I could not pay by phone, physical card was required.1

Excellent amenities. Wonderful and varied breakfast buffet. Very clean and comfortable

I thought this little hotel was so pleasant. Staff was very kind, although the room was small it had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. It also had lots of nice little touches, like a free happy hour drink, code access for the women’s bath, English translations, cute dishware for children, etc. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of variety. I didn’t use the public bath but it looked nice. They don’t do check in until 3 so I left my bags and went out. When i came back they had already taken my bags to my room (why don’t they do this at every hotel?).My only caution is that it’s a 15 min walk to the train station. It’s not that far, but with a suitcase and/or in the rain it can be troublesome.

We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The complimentary drink service in the evening was a lovely touch, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. This hotel places a strong emphasis on sustainability—if you opt out of room cleaning, they offer two bottles of water as a thank-you, which we appreciated. The amenities were also impressive. We really liked the quality of the toiletries, and the public bath was a nice bonus. Although the bath area isn’t very large, the hotel provides real-time updates on how crowded it is. That said, since everyone can see the same info, it can still get a bit crowded when many guests decide to go at the same time (which made us smile!).Overall, it was a thoughtful and enjoyable stay.

Great hotel at a great price. This hotel is an amazing value at the price. With a Japanese buffet breakfast, public bath, complimentary drink, and it's location close to the station, you are not going to find better value than this. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were great. There are a lot of healthy vegetables for breakfast so that also was a pleasant surprise.

For the price we paid, I can't really complain. However, it would be great if they had better coffee for breakfast. Also, the breakfast is Japanese. Western options are limited and not very good, but this is Japan after all.

It’s a surprise to have a public bath and it was very good

It’s not far from the train station, but it’s still a bit to walk especially if you have luggages

Comfortable and slightly larger rooms for Japanese standard. Love the happy hour each day where we could help ourselves to a free drink (large range of alcoholic or soft drink) every evening. Guest could also help themselves to toiletries from the ground floor - really great selection including lotions and hair wax. Lots of parking spaces on the same street too.

The hotel is slightly further to the main areas than expected, in a quieter part so you’ll definitely meet your step count!

    Good staff,pretty clean room,ideal location

It is a short taxi ride to Nagoya Station but seemed quite far to walk with luggage. Easy & quick check-in & check-out although I'm not sure why my booking reference or name was initially not found by the front desk staff. Toiletries & iron sets are provided at the lobby so guests can just get whatever they need. We booked non-smoking rooms so we didn't smell any smoke in the room & hallway. The room & bathroom are clean, which is very important to us.

The room is small with hardly any space for 2 medium-sized luggage. We just stayed overnight before our flight back home so it was fine. But I don't think I could stay there for more than 2 nights because of the room size and location. There's nothing much in the area near the hotel so you only really go there to sleep but not linger.

It felt like a traditional business man hotel, come in, get some drinks, get some sleep and you are good to go the next day because everything is close by! The tiny hot spring they have is a nice addition considering you have a bath at your room. Alcoholic drinks on the second floor in vending machine is really nice if you ran out and you just want that one drink in your room when you had a rough day.....

The bathing room got a little bit crowded, there is honestly only spot for like 4 men at the same time. If more prepare to have some physical contact cause the passages are a bit to narrow to not bump into each other. Minor issue for me but it could get really crowded. The rest was good except some other obnoxious Dutch people sitting in orange with Max Verstappen on their backs like stereotyping the Dutch.... (NO WE ARE NOT ALL LIKE THAT, haha). By saying that as a joke it made me think about a Chinese guy walking in the breakfast in his wardrobe, so a dress-code wouldn't be a bad suggestion. The breakfast is after all a place where you come and eat and you do not want to be confronted with sweaty feet or genitals on the seat for a next customer.... Just a suggestion.

Easy walking distance to main Eki and subway system. Clean, good sized room & buffet breakfast in the morning. Very happy with our 2 night stay.
