The room didn't look so small in the photos but in reality it's rather small, and the lifts were quite slow but overall it was a good experience

The hotel has an public hot bath that we really like it. Good for relaxation after long walking days. Receptions are friendly and helpful.

the room is a bit small (for a family of 4). we had 3 beds and need to combine them together in order to sleep 4 pax. I have booked for 4 pax but they only gave me 3 pillows and 3 bottles of water only. I would need to call the receptionist to request for an extra pillow. the room does not have a phone as well and you will need to walk to the lift to use the phone to call.

Staff is helpful and nice, the room are comfortable and the location is good

The public bath are not tattoo friendly

Daiwa Roynet bookended our Japan trip, and both experiences were pleasantly similar. It has become our go-to hotel in Nagoya because it ticks all the boxes.

The hotel has a good location, clean rooms, and efficient and helpful staff.

The hotel corridor was cooled by air conditioning. I don't think it was necessary at the end of October.

Staff, location, amenities free freh coffee from the machine and the drip one as well and the quality of the hotel and its amenities offered and plus fhe Onsen bath, well done Daiwa Roynet.

The brakfast it cost 2000 yen it is not alot of money but in comparison of other hotel who charge only around 1500 yen with alof better food quality and variety.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Bathroom was great and clean. Water pressure was phenomenal. Room was clean and neat.

Bed was too firm.

Good location (very convenient to get to the subway) and a bustling neighborhood, close but not TOO close to Nagoya Station!

The main hallway light in the rooms are motion sensitive, so if you get up to go to the bathroom at midnight or later, be ready to be blinded by the light. Also, the elevators are slow and always have to stop on the 2nd floor; there were no stairs that we found to use instead of the elevator though.

The twin room is spacious compared to Japan standard. Bathroom is big and spacious too.

The location is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good for business travellers.

The hotel was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Just like every other hotel room in Japan it was very small. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional.

I thought the price of the room was a little high, but the hotel was nice enough. If the price were better I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

Was shocked by the space of room. And the window was fully covered by film which can’t see outside. After many times of Japan hotel experience this one is really tiny room. I have not been to sauna and other area. So no comments. But the breakfasts are totally the same after three days.

We stay here with children and very easy to go to many museums such as electricity museum and nagoya science museum in 300-600 m. We like the Japanese style food in breakfast. It’s very delicious for adult and kids. My kids love free ice cream at the hotel too.

Cleaned facilities, hot baths and free coffee. Kid enjoyed popsicles.

In a prime location. Very near to almost everything. Nagoya castle around 20 min. Sakae is walking distance. We barely took train or bus , we were always walking & it was so easy. Science museum is very near. Nagoya town itself is very nice. Not so crowded like Tokyo. We love staying at this hotel. Room size in not so big but the toilet is big & they have bathub.. so nice to enjoy the warm water after long walk. Limousine bus is just in the next block. Very convenient to go to airport.

Small compact room. Well thought design. It was clean and comfortable!
