Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The room was superior with an excellent view.

Breakfast eggs and bacon were undercooked for American taste, but was still tasted good.

Located next to a central seafood and wholesale food market with many eating options. Short walking distance to Nagoya station and subways. Modern rooms with nice, functional design.

My sister was on the different floor, but I couldn't go visit her. I understand it was for security.

Cleanliness at the edges aren’t great, humidifier was rather dirty and portions of corridor ceilings are clearly suffering from water damage.

Easy, clean, friendly staff (helped with luggae forwarding), definite good rounder. Amenities are actually very travel friendly and usable, not just cheap plastic.

The room is quick small

We used this as a base of operations to go to places outside of Nagoya. We did not tour the city. That said, it is located very close to Nagoya station, it is very comfortable, good mattress, above average breakfast.

Really do not have any complaints. It was a modern, clean hotel with bedding and a mattress that would appeal to western tastes.

Close to Nagoya station

Has an industrial feel that I thought would be nicer in Japan than elsewhere. I was wrong. Felt inexpensive.

Comfy beds, modern design, room is big enough to open 2 big suitcases. Although it is a bit far from the train stations, it is only 2 min walk to the underground shopping street and it is surrounded by various convenience stores. It’s good that there is a chair to sit in front of the table behind the washing basin.

A bit far from the train station which is rather hot and tough to walk during summer. While other devices did not encounter any issue, our laptop computer could not connect to wifi.

Fantastic room, very clean, towels were changed daily, very aesthetically designed. Breakfast was also delicious and there was a good variety. Staff were helpful. Hotel was very near public transport.

Clean and conveniently located 5 min walking distance from the local subway station. We were only there for one night to visit Studio Ghibli and it fit our budget and comfort standards very nicely

It is just five minute walk from the central connection of JR, 近鉄，bullet trains, subway, and buses. There are numerous shops and restaurants. It is facing the freeway. It has everything you need. The only draw back is the bed is a little too soft.

Friendly staff and location.

It was close to the Nagoya fish market and not too, too far from the train station but the room situation is awkward at best because there isn’t a good place to put your suitcase or your things. They blocked the guest from the coffee shop/ restaurant because they were holding private events on three of the nights?There’s literally no where else to sit down! So there’s no chair in your room. No seating areas in the lobby (except ones for people checking in) the coffee shop/restaurant was closed. We weee tired from being gone all day and had no place to sit and relax.

It was the least favorite place we stayed during our three week stay in japan. And it wasn’t the cheapest.

Lovely room. Very modern and yet a bit of Japanese vibe. The staff were kind and friendly.

The location was ok.

The bed was too soft. The first night was ok, but on our succeeding nights, we already have back ache.

Hotel style, breakfast, location

They have no triple rooms so get ready to share the bed with kid/s. So if they confirm more than 2 persons it doesn't mean they provide additional beds. The hotel has a back entrance - you can stop car only there. They didn't mention parking details in the greeting message
