Cons -
- Guests who booked through Booking.com have a check-out time of 10:00 AM, while guests who booked through the hotel's official website have a check-out time of 11:00 AM. I think Booking.com needs to negotiate with the hotel to provide the same check-out time.
- It's a little far from the subway station.
- A little bit far away from train station.

A little bit far away from train station.
Generous breakfast and great value for money. Amenities were good specially the tub.
It’s really not near the bus station or the train station.
Breakfast was good. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Speaks english well so no issues with communication.
A little bit far from the Nagoya station and with rain during the time of our stay, we were soaked.
The location is quite near the train station. Staff is helpful
The room is very small.
Clen & comfort , Reasonable price, First service
Comfortable, small space, but you have everything you need. They even have a complimentary drinks for you at reception lobby where you can read books.
We only stayed for a night.
Fantastic location - this was a very doable walk from Nagoya Station, so very central, yet on a peaceful street. It's a simple, no frills room, yet spotlessly clean and comfortable, and had all that we needed really. I'm a light sleeper and I had a super peaceful and quiet rest for my whole stay.
Nothing really. There aren't a lot of places to hang clothes but I realised that's quite the norm for such hotels in Japan.
The property is in good location near the train and bus station
The food is disappointing..of all the hotels weve stayed in Japan the food here did not meet our expectation.
Location near Nagoya Station, easy to find food etc. Good room size, bathroom and breakfast. Will comeback if visiting Nagoya again.
Perfectly fine, clean and comfortable room. Location was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was nice enough (happy to see some fruit and veggies!)
Breakfast area acoustics were awful, and the big light was on.
The hotel exceeded all expectations with its fantastic complimentary breakfast and superb central location. Checking in was quick and easy, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We slept very well and felt comfortable throughout our stay.
Extremely well located hotel, just 10 min walking from the train station. The room was a bit on the small size but that is normal in Japan. Very quiet (we didnt hear any noise at all at night). Complementary breakfast was a plus! Excellent price quality ratio!

Staff at the reception as well as the cafe for breakfast were all very nice and helpful.Room including bathroom and shower were very clean.Breakfast included in room charge was very good with a variety of Japanese and western food.
Location is close enough to Nagoya station, and it is easy to find once you get there. But it could be a bit confusing to get there the first time.Overall, though, no complaint for a hotel of this class.
Location, pleasant staff , wonderful breakfast
The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The room was very comfortable, the AC very strong and cooled the room quickly, the bath and bed were terrific.
It's already great that they have coin laundry (washer-dryer combo) in the lobby. This was very popular, and so it would be nice if there were more than 3 machines.
Free breakfast and how clean everything was in the hotel
The room was smaller than I expected
Free facilities such as pillow, pyjamas, free drink in the canteen, stable free internet , good breakfast.
English skill of some staffs. It was OK, but I expected that some of them should be more fluent in communicating using English .
Great breakfast, staff were lovely and helpful.Hotel is in a great location to access the city of Nagoya
