- The location, staff and cleanliness of the hotel rooms specially the onsen is very good definitely will stay again if we going back to Nagoya

- The bed was really uncomfortable and the double bed only came with two smaller than normal pillows that were really uncomfortable. I asked for additional pillows at reception but was denied the request.
- Breakfast and the hot spring a disappointment that the level of water is just under my knee no notice or any info or any one that inform us
- The breakfast food are limited no variations or what so ever they have only 4-5 dishes salad, fish , meatballs , eggs (scamble and onsen tamago and boil eggs) then just a hotdogs that’s all they have pan too and their rice is so soft as if they put a lot of water in it. But over all good rate 3-4
