Location was great, close to the subway and within walking distance of the lively parts of the city.

Great service. Complete amenities. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very clean and very accessible. Will surely go back.

Easy check in and out, great laundry room. All very comfortable and a lovely location. The bathroom had an old style bathtub with a billowing curtain which was quaint. The room very quiet and clean, as was the entire facility. The luggage storage was flawless and well thought out.

The only complaint, and it's a stretch, was the outdated bathroom which is more of a whine than a true issue.

The room was really super spacious and there was free breakfast. Short walk from the airport bus.

This place rocks! Staff were incredible. So kind and helpful and welcoming. Blankets and beds were very comfortable. Free light breakfast was a great start to every day. Prime location! We hope to come back.

A little chilly in the lobby in January. This is typical of many buildings here.

The location is convenient and close to the station. The lobby is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of seating and power outlets. There is also a small locker area for luggage, a laundry space, a microwave, and an ice machine. Breakfast is provided free of charge. The amenities are environmentally friendly but limited to the basics, so they were not particularly impressive.

Despite the newly renovated lobby, both the room and bathroom feel quite dated. Even after setting the temperature to the warmest level, the room was still cold at night. Check-in also took some time due to the amount of personal information required. Breakfast is complimentary, but the food was not very appealing, and the coffee tasted flat.

The hotel is very accessible, near Fushimi station. The airport bus stop is just a block away. You can walk to all the shops, dept stores, Donki, restos from the hotel. The location is its prime advantage. The room is fairly good, and there is space for your luggages and bags. The free breakfast was a good surprise.

There is no kettle in the room. The breakfast is free but could use some variety.

Nice room! Quite large and comfy beds. The lobby/breakfast area is nice. Free drinks in the morning is really appreciated, plus you can buy drinks and snacks there!

Self check-in doesn’t work very well. I booked two rooms under my name but on the machine, only one room showed. I asked an employee for help and he was not friendly at all, and it was not possible to deal with it by myself, otherwise I would have done it.Walls are paper thin too. Could hear my neighbour snore ?

No telephone in the room to call reception for any emergency or request, only one in front of lifts in each floor if needed.

Nice, clean rooms, and in the lobby you can take everything you needed for the night (toothbrush, pajamas, etc.). Check-in and check-out were very quick, almost without any help from the staff. The hotel's location is good for all the sightseeing places. We mainly went to Nagoya because of Ghibli Park. It was fine, but you shouldn't expect too much. The warehouse was ok, but the rest was a joke, especially the witch's house, which you have to pay extra for.

The breakfast offered was terrible. Either the only option was not available, or you only got bread instead of the breakfast you had chosen, and no one informed you about this in advance. When we asked for a change or came back to take part of the breakfast with us (there were no trays, and we couldn't carry sandwiches, a cup of soup, and coffee in our hands at the same time), the staff was extremely unfriendly.

Everything was very clean and tidy, the staff were very attentive, and the hotel was in an excellent location.

Large room with a bed that was softer than other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The room also included two pillows per person.

The location is very near the train stationVery accessible to a lot of tourist spots. Very short walk going to Mirai Tower, Sunshine Sakae, Science Museum, Fushimi Underground Izakaya and a lot more.The staffs are friendly and helpful all the time.

My wife and myself stayed for 1 night and then continued for another 6 days. I wish the hotel can improve on the breakfast. For 1 week we were like having the same breakfast everyday…By having different types of food everyday.

The location of the hotel is a big advantage. The hotel has what's necessary for a stay overnight. Clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Location and price were great. The breakfast included was fairly small and gets a bit old, but it's nice to have. You can buy the breakfast boxes for 500 yen a bit into the afternoon as well if you have a late start. The laundry is easy to use on longer stays like mine.

The room was not quite as clean as I would have expected from Japan. Had a bit of a strange smell, almost sounded like there might be some mice. The fridge was balanced over a big hole in the desk and it kept falling in when you opened it.I would have preferred a Japanese shower and bath, and I think the soap/shampoo were not high quality compared to comparable places I stayed.
