We are located just 2 minutes from the Plaza de Bolívar and close to any place of interest in the coffee region, we offer rooms with free Wi-Fi, hot water and plasma TV. Free local calls are provided. The main bus station is 5 minutes away. The rooms of the Hotel Condina Pereira are spacious and bright, the rooms have large windows, also interior rooms decorated with bright colors and comfortable seating areas. Parking available nearby, on request at the reception, 24-hour reception service, can ensure airport transfers. The Hotel Condina is located 15 minutes from the Matecaña Airport by car.

- Most of the time, les workers are nice.

- Property staff unhelpful.
- They gave me a room which doesnt have any curtains, even no curtain rails and no hungers. Because of the form of the building, there are other rooms windows in front of my window. They can see all in side of that room, and their windows have curtains. So I asked to change the room, but he said it is not possible. And he said they told about the problem of my room to the orner but the orner didnt take care of it. He said I have to wait 45 minutes for someone will come to fix the curtain. I waited 1 hour, but nobody comes. I again ask about at the reception, and now another lady brought an old curtain to give me. I explained there is no curtain rail, then she came to check the room, and she understood how is my room. I saw a clean one bed room with curtain which door was opened , so I asked her to change to that room. then finally I could have a room with curtains. So I couldnt do anything in the room 2 hours and half . I was so tired.
