Pros +
- Safe location, great staff, air conditioned room and hot water in shower. This was a good location for our short stay in Moshi. Staff were super nice and attentive. Breakfast was usually simple but enough. Hotel was always clean.
Cons -
- When we arrived at 2am (because of our flight delayed), they said they didnt have a booking for us. Luckily they still had rooms so took us in, and expected payment again, despite us prepaying online. Dont know why this happened, but in process of getting a refund from booking.com. Still a great place to stay, just dont prepay online so youre not paying twice. Would stay here again.
