Arigato Stay Kanazawa Ekimae

Very close to Kanazawa Station, nice staffs, clean room and has general hotel supplies. Cozy place.

The location and the staff are the best of the hotel. Also the amenties ítems are useful. My lounge wear smell had a little bit of food smell, I guest came from the microwave of the hall

Like the location near Kanazawa station and the staff are friendly. Daily room cleaning provided. Hotel was rated as 4 stars but the facilities was at most 2.5 stars. There was no wardrobe and only one small dressing table and chair. The chair was shaky too. Space was smaller than expected and the room looks sparse and colour tone was unwelcoming. There was no side table and the mini fridge was used as one instead. Also, did not realise that the fridge was not turned on upon check-in. Would recommend that a proper side table to be provided and the fridge to be turned on before guests check-in.

Location was very close to Kanazawa station

Each time leaving the property you had to leave your keys at the front desk. Then upon return needing to ask for them again.

Nice, polite and helpful staff. They got a translation machine for communication with residents as we did't understand Japanese. Staff very patient to explain about hotel information to us.

Nil

Good location near Kanazawa Station. There are a couple of pubs and restaurants in the area.

Closeness to the station.Quiet.Friendly staff.Cleanness.Fluffy towel.

Texture of room wear.

Close to Kanazawa Station.

It wasn't terrible. However, part of the bathroom sink wasn't clean. The tv remote was also a bit dirty, and a strand of hair was on the bed. There was only one large overhead light, common in Japanese apartments, but it was blinding when lying in bed. Most hotels have bedside lamps or carefully designed spotlighting for this reason. After all that, it's strange to say it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't.

Comfortable beds, good location, nice staff, clean room.

Passable

The bed quilt cover seems quite dirty, no cleaning at all. No complimentary coffee. Price is high but not worth it.

The hotel was well priced and centrally located to the Kanazawa train station which was convenient for our quick stay. They also allowed us to drop of luggage earlier than check in which was extremely helpful.

The hotel room felt a bit dated and stuffy in comparison to other budget hotels I’ve stayed at.

The location is very close to the station. The room was spacious compared to normal, standard Japanese style hotel. The clean and change the towels and robes everyday which is amazing. unlike other hotels which might not do it for 3 days 2 night stay.

Nothing! everything was excellent!

Nice, clean room. Reasonable size, good amenities. Easy walk from Kanazawa station.

room size, staff friendliness, services, breakfast , location

The location is very close to the train station - on the quiet side; there was a microwave available on the floor; the room was quite spacious...

I couldn't believe that the window of the room was frosted - you couldn't see through it. I always make sure to book a room on a high floor with some kind of view...it was so frustrating not to be able to see out the window and I totally do not understand the reason for this. For this reason alone, I could/would never stay at this hotel again, sadly...; The hotel had no information re: eco/environmentally-friendly housekeeping; bins to sort and dispose of rubbish would be a good idea...

a quiet yet pleasant location for a Chain hotelnot on a large street, but, once you know, it has very easy access from the station, and good area near the hotel, with conveniently located reasonably priced restaurants for dinner in the evening (somewhat a premium in Kanazawa, most places are lunch only) and a good self-service information counter with excellent maps and tourist information brochures.

the odor of the disinfectant used was somewhat stronger/(more flowery) then preferable, would have preferred a more neutral odor in the room (which other APA hotels do succeed in without loss in cleanliness).

The price is ok

A little far from bus

Very friendly staff

It's close to the train station
