Service, facilities, and cleaness, the staff fully helpfull. Juice, coffee, and tea were available for guest in the lobby. Also several board games also available to borrow for in room entertainment. Excellent Invova Kanazawa.

Location was a short 10 min walk to Kanazawa Station and main buses. Staff were very helpful and assisted with transferring our luggage to the next hotel. Amenities were great with tea, coffee, toiletries, laundry/dryer room and detergent. Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Never would I have thought I'd say a hotel was one of the highlights of our Japan trip. After travelling for a few weeks and staying at a few different hotels, this one was extremely spacious for myself, husband and infant! We had the superior double that had everything we needed – kitchen, washing machine, a room for drying clothes, and we were able to fit the provided crib in the office and close the sliding door. Though we faced the train tracks, we couldn't hear anything and actually enjoyed seeing the local and Shinkansen pass by! The staff were also so friendly and helpful when we asked for help to make dinner reservations. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and cozy. There is a massage chair in our room, which is an extra point for this hotel. We appreciate the free-flowing coffee and juices in the lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Close to Kanazawa station.

I arrived in Kanazawa tired and with a winter cold after travelling in Japan for four weeks to a friendly welcome from Shiori and Mika at reception. Throughout my stay Shiori, Mika and Kazu’s warmth and kindness was so lovely and they were always happy to help with any questions I had. They made my stay in Kanazawa feel special. The hotel apartment was spotless, a generous size and with the most comfortable bed. It has everything you need to make your stay easy with a breakfast and snack bar downstairs. On arrival bottled water, bread, jam and cookies were in the room with a personalised note welcoming me to Kanazawa. Location was a short 5 min walk from the station and supermarket, and a 15-30 min walk to beautiful gardens, the castle, galleries and museums, and historic districts. Kanazawa is as pretty as Kyoto but without the crowds and an overall relaxed vibe. The craft here is testament to Japan’s long tradition of excellence in art and design.

Business travelers here. First day got upgraded to super spacious family suite. We were very grateful but had to request another room with a working table. The staff was so accommodating that we got our business traveler-friendly room the next day, comes with a bonus monitor! Absolutely saved our day.

Excellent room with kitchenette, bath and plenty of room. The free juices, coffee, snacks and cereals are a nice touch. Staff is excellent and very helpful. We had a personalized greeting card, bread, jam and cookies in our room upon arrival. Kids enjoyed free video and board games. Exceeded all expectations and for a family, a wonderful property to stay at.

It is a 10-15 minute walk from the Kanazawa rail station.

Almost perfect, please upgrade the washing machine with dryer unit or you might provide clothlines in the balcony and allow us to hanger the wet clothes in the balcony

Exceptional experience in every way - the kind and helpful staff, good location, amazing apartment, amazing value, etc. One of my highlights of this trip!

Parking is not free if u book through booking.com you pay 1100 yen per day. Pillows are abit hard .

The room was very clean and spacious, with kitchen, laundry and they had a massage chair! The only down side was that we only spent one night there.

Loved the comfort of the apartment. A little further from train station than we would have liked but appartment itself was great.

Far from restaurants.

Located about half a mile from Kanazawa station, even with the tracks right across the street, the sound of trains seemed nonexistent! Large tv to watch Netflix or Prime, large fridge, massage chair, laundry, etc. all in one room made us wish we stayed here even longer!

The staff, Mika was an incredible help during our trip to Kanazawa. The facilities, easy check in, so clean, so close to the station. This was by far my favorite stay in Japan. The facilities are very family friendly in my opinion.

The rooms are super spacious and we even had a private washing mashine. Everything is super comfortable and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and we felt welcomed from the very first second until checkout. Definitely one of our favorite hotels in Japan.

The location is okay, you have to walk 15min more compared to other options. But in turn you get those beautiful rooms, so it was not a problem for us.

Top service, friendly, smart & helpfull - location is pretty goed even near a railway. Big rooms. Minor issues - very good solved by the staff.
