Good location. Close to the Kanazawa Station.
The staffs are so rude.
Very clean and great location. One of the staff Mr Tanaka had helped us contact the rental company with great patience. He was super helpful and could communicate with us in English and relay our messages.
Breakfast is ok, sufficient for a simple breakfast. The Location is good, just several minutes walk from Kanazawa station. There's a great cafe besides the hotel with free flow of hot and cold drinks and not to expensive. It opens till midnight while most shops at the station are closed.
Nothing. Everything is fine
Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.
it’s near Kanazawa station, walked less than 5 mins. the breakfast was awesome!
Part of the front desk staff was not very cooperative. It was also the first hotel that could not provide a plug adaptor for European plugs.
