Location was perfect, near the Kanazawa castle and Food Market. They supplied a shuttle bus to and from the train station, however it was hard to locate after arrival by train. The free breakfast was very good and refilled regularly. The price was very reasonable, and the twin room spacious.

The room was spacious, but the twin mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. A memoryfoam topper would help solve this.

The location is great, walking distance to almost everything and very close to the bus station. The price is also reasonable and you are provided with everything you need.

The mattress on the bed was really hard.

Location is great, everything is in walking distance. Bus stop is right next to hotel and it's 3 stops away from central station. Hotel is what you can expect from cheap business hotel. It's fairly clean, breakfast is not the best, but you can find something if you're ok with Asian type of breakfast. They kept the luggage for us before and after check-in.

The building next door you could almost touch from the window. It was too close and it was dark in the room even when there is sunlight outside. Not all rooms are like this.

There is a very handy shuttle bus to the station (they have the times on their website). The staff were helpful and friendly.Breakfast was terrible... no vegetarian options unless you want to eat only miso and rice every day. The person with us who eats everything ended up walking away and getting something outside.

OK, it's an economy type hotel, so no frills. But has everything you need, including fridge, kettle etc. Fully functional bathroom.The bonus is you get a free breakfast, bit basic but adequate enough. The staff at breakfast are very nice and very attentive.Its location is good, about 15 mins from station. But there is a bus stop right outside. Bus costs about £1.20Everything is immaculately clean.Beds quite hard, but ok.

It would be much better if we didn't have a room that looked at the wall of the other building, very dark and gloomy. Breakfast is pretty good if you are used just to asian food. Staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient . Location makes it for everything. Close to all main historic sites, shops and restaurants. Bus is right in front. And perfect perk is that they have a shuttle to main station.

We thought there would be shuttle service to the train station but there wasn’t.

The hotel is nice, The room is comfortable for our family. The service is good, the staff are friendly and nice to help. The breakfast is also delicious and varied. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to and from the station. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and will book again if I visit again.

Great location in Korimbo, close to tourist attractions handy to izakayas and restaurants at the back. Easily reached by public transport.Loved the breakfast provided.

Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast buffet included in the price. Lots of Japanese and other Asian visitors. Close to the Loop Route bus stops, therefore easy access to sightseeing attractions. Hotel offers free shuttle to the train/bus terminal complex. Taxi to hotel, Cdn11. Comfortable room and very clean public spaces. Helpful staff.

Shuttle bus to Kanazawa station. 2 Nov 2024, I’m taking 10:20am bus to train station. It’s heavy raining, when the bus reached station, there’s some distance from bus to covered walkway. The driver, he’s white hair elder gentleman, he let us departed first, the he delivered every one’s luggage in the heavy rain. I’m so touching, I did not know his name, I really appreciated and want to say thank you to him again!

Room for two was small even for Japanese standards. I paid more than I normally would just for the location

Pretty noisy between rooms. Pretty dated all in all. Breakfast included, which was fine. Noisy fan and a lot of light in the rooms. For us it does not seem worth the price.

Close to most touristic spots, restaurants, shops and a departmental store. Good range of breakfast options for Japanese (rice, miso soup, meat and lots of vegetables which can be hard to find in Japanese cuisine) and western style (bread). Although they had some construction happening during the day, it didn’t impact us at all as we were out during the day.

Our room is dark with no sun comes in. Asked for changing a mould spots pillow. The room needs more ventilation, the bed felt damp.
