KOKO HOTEL Premier Kanazawa Korinbo

Very nice hotel with attentive staff who speak English fairly well. Amazing location by many shops and restaurants and a short walk the castle and gardens. I had a wonderful experience staying here. They even provided free drinks, including tea and wine

Great location! Very clean and reasonably priced.

Great location close to the castle, the garden, and the 21st century museum. There is also s bus station very close

Well located close to the castle and garden. Very clean, and quiet for the city center. Free drinks at the bar in the evening are a really nice touch.

I expected the "Superior Queen Room" to be a bit more spacious.

Staff was very nice and helpful. My friend left her backpack on the bus going to hotel and staff was kind enough to call bus company to track down the bus, so that we were able to retrieve her backpack. That's service.

We stayed in room with twin beds and beds were a little too big for the room so space was tight. Otherwise, room was very nice and clean.

Free water bottles, towels and slippers daily. Very thoughtful ?

I wish the staff would tell us there was a free drink when we checked in

Location! Close to bus stop, many tourist locations, great shopping. Quiet

Small room. No real space to sit without moving your suitcase.

- Perfect location. Right next to many different restaurants and shops. On the outskirts of the castle.- Helpful staff.- Comfortable beds.- Large room.- Free water given.- Welcome drinks every night which includes wine and/or sake.

- Not enough charging points.- The shower pressure was very bad.

Excellent location, very clean accommodation, and extremely friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Good location

The room smelled like mold coming from the air vent which was really disgusting.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the intersection of major bus lines, and 2 major metro lines. Nijo-ji castle, Kikaku-ji, and Goin, are within either walking distance or direct bus from the hotel. The hot springs are attractive and situated on floor 1.The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

I've been to many hôtels across Japan since 1997. Lately, I find the new every 2d cleaning policy not as efficient - this is not just typical to this hotel! Disconcerting to find dirty carpets! And long, black hair on the floors. This hotel was particularly disappointing as the hotel standing is sufficient, however the rooms are fîied with dust. It's not great when you're an asthma patient

Location was great

The room had a very unpleasant smell and we had to change rooms.

Staff were great. Hotel lobby very nice. Had breakfast which was nice. Really liked my room, bigger than Japan standards. Nice decor, big bathroom. Location is great.

No problems - all good.

The hotel is located centrally within the city. Walkable to Samurai district, restaurants, and Kenrouken Gardens. Comfortable rooms with a hearty Japanese/Western breakfast. The complementary happy hour drinks and snacks were a bonus. A unique offering we hadn't experienced at our other hotels.

The rooms are on the smaller side but the beds are comfortable.

Location and cleanliness

Very small rooms, hard to find place to open suitcases

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and they offered free drinks in the evening which I thought was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Helpful staffTop notch breakfast!!!Clean room, very quiet

Welcome sake and wine is great. Rooms are quite small - but very clean. Staff is truly excellent and helpful.

Rooms are quite small

Nice, well-maintained hotel close to many restaurant options, and attractions.

Convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Request for an extra foam pillow was readily fulfilled.

Expected room to be cleaner than how we found it. Lobby area was exceptional to look at. But the room did match the appearance or appointments seen in the lobby. Floor could have been cleaned. It was quite stained.
