small but had everything you needed.

I booked two rooms for a very cheap price compared to other hotel. The decor throughout was lovely, the room is clean and well maintained, near to attraction such as the Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle Park etc. We were able to leave our luggage after checked out and the staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Kanazawa.

Good location close to bus stops, convenience stores and tourist attractions. A nice reception with a very friendly staff. Water dispenser on our floor was great. The room had anything we needed, and the bed was comfortable.

A bit small room when you have 2 suitcases, but manageable.

The location is quite good, about 20-minutes walk from Kanazawa station, and near the famous local market. While we stayed there for 3 days, we walked everywhere, did not use bus this time.The AC works fine for the space or you can open the window slightly if you want to change air. Bathroom is just okay and it's clean. The matress is quite nice. I could sleep really well.The free coffee you can get around reception area is great. It made our days happy every morning.

The room was not spacious. If you have suitcases, it would be hard to manage them in the room. Probably the space is not enough to get relax. If you like to eat something in the room, it would make mess. Not much space to put plates and cups. Fridge is very small. TV is not a smart TV so just local TV channels are available. Just use free Wi-Fi to watch Youtube on your devices.

Clean and convenient

The pillow was too soft to sleep. No other type can be chosen.

Location is near to the Castle & Park but far away from the train station.

Very small room. For this price, you would expect bigger rooms. Also, the breakfast was bad. The food itself was okay, but food that is normally warm was both mornings cold or just a little warm, which made it hard to eat. I think the food heaters were not working

This was probably one of the nicest western-style hotels I stayed at in Japan! Comfy, clean, room that was actually pretty big by Japanese standards, good breakfast at the restaurant, and some really lovely staff. I was a bit needy while staying here and they were so kind and accomodating. Excellent location, right next to Omicho market and everything else is very walkable.

Cleanliness. Courteous and helpful staff. Proximity to key landmarks, bus stops; and 15min walking distance from the station. Good value for money.

Television programming could have been better for international non-Japanese speaking guests.

I would rate this hotel at 7.5/10Not good value for money having just come from another hotel in Kanazawa that we rated 10/10 which was over $100 less per night including full buffet breakfast we thought this hotel could have been better. Just a great stay, at a modern hotel

Bedroom area is pushing limits on how small is acceptable for what americans may be used to, sq ft is listed just my first time seeing it. Bathroom had plenty of space though.

No drop off location to unload bags from the car. Parking was about a 7 minute walk. Rooms were small and beds could have been more comfortable.

This hotel was in a great location close to markets, shopping, and the castle. It was clean and well organized.

The rooms are quite small.

Great place, very good value! The place and furniture are new or very well maintained, staff is professional and polite. The position is convenient, ten minutes walking for all main attractions in Kanazawa (station is at 20). A very big plus there is a smoking common room for e-cigarettes inside the hall.

There were no closets in the room, but we knew that so it wasn't a problem. All other amenities were ok.
