Garden Hotel Kanazawa

Good breakfast and good location close to Station

No laudrette

The staff were very nice, polite, helpful and honest, location just front of train station and bus terminal

Only the pillow

The location of great, right next to JR station.Staff were very friendly, my room was ready before 15:00 which was so great and kind of.Room was good as well

Across the street from the station.Good breakfast.

I had the room closest to the station, therefore you also hear all the noise from the station. Pretty sure I could also hear my neighbors and their children.I couldn’t find the light switch for the ceiling light in the room but I made do with the desk lamps.

The room was huge, which was nice after smaller rooms in other towers. There was a separate area to do your hair and makeup. The bathroom was a good size.Breakfast was well organized and delicious. The hotel is right across from the station, which was perfect.

Sound insulation can use some improvement. We were right on the station side and even with the windows closed we heard the bird sounds of the pedestrian crossing the entire night as well as loud music from nearby clubs, I think

Breakfast, location, staff

Bed

The location is very good, juat in front of Kanazawa Station. Breakfast was really good, they had a buffet with local japanese cuisine

The interior is a bit old, but thankfully the room itself is clean. The bed though, is a bit creaky and not so steady

Very close to Kanazawa station. Prime location just few steps away from everything.

Nice breakfast and just few steps away from Kanazawa station.

Good location with everything you need, but a bit small room

Maybe would need a bit of refurbishing soon

It was just outside Kanazawa station. Wonderful breakfast included.

Room a bit dated. No Outlets near bed.

Good tasty breakfast (buffet), very convenient location, comfortable bed.The hotel is pretty old, but looks very stylish and cosy in my opinion.

The water didn't drain well in the bathroom. The window in our room couldn’t be opened.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, good location right next to the station.

Room was pretty small

Location was great polite and friendly staff, with good English communication

A little dated perhaps but still very serviceable

Public bath, the location and the hotel staff

The room was a good size and very clean. The location was great. Breakfast was included was good. And great staff.

The windows didn’t open and it was noisy. The walls were very thin as well.

Location

Everything, there's no air conditioning. The room is small, and like an oven, there's no air circulation. Got a skin allergy. Booked 4 nights, stayed only the first night and booked another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

The best location, very close to station. Excellent breakfast. Very nice staffs.

Location, very comfortable beds, spacious room, quiet.

I left my iPhone charger in my room I came back with no hope to find it and was so wrong - it was handed to me in ziplock bag with my name on it! Thank you wonderful people! Good work! Appreciate it a lot!

very convenient accommodation, right next to the train station and all bus connections. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok.
