Staff is great and helpful. Room was tatami style and very comfortable.

The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Went out of their way to help us, made reservations and gave great recommendations. Room was spacious, the only negative thing was the bathroom is definitely on the smaller side. We also liked the attached bar, it is super cozy and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again and recommend. Again the staff was amazing!

Great location - next to the gardens, many museums, and Omicho Market. Staff was very friendly. Room was a very generous size for a single. Breakfast portion can be a bit lacking, but the coffee is incredible!

The warmth and friendliness of the staff. They were able to make you feel comfortable and homely. They also run a nice cosy cafe on the 1st floor. Highly recommended if you come to Kanazawa because of the hospitality

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of many of Kanazawa’s main sightseeing spots. The staff were exceptionally friendly and were the highlight of the stay. The café was very good, the room was clean, and the room size was comfortable.

The walls were a little thin, and noise from other guests could occasionally be heard, though this was a minor issue.

The location was great, we can walked to almost everywhere. Staff was very helpful, helped us a lot finding good places. It's good that they have their own cafe. Rooms were clean and not so small considering other hotels we stayed in Japan.

Everything! The room was super comfortable, spacious. I loved that they have a cafe in the lobby and a beautiful space behind where they put good music.The location is good. You’ll have to walk though, around 15 to 25 from the main attractions. The staff, lovely <3 thanks

So much care has been taken to create a charming traveller’s oasis in a beautifully-restored Showa-era hotel. I believe this was the most comfortable bed I slept in over 6 weeks of travelling! The staff are incredibly sweet and accommodating. The proximity to both Kanazawa Castle and the lively market is great. The rates for this little gem? Outstanding value!

The girls at the reception counter were adorable! The hotel was cozy and clean, very close to the market and 20 min walk from station.

Lovely people, great location, room is small but very functional and well equipped. Good value for money and right next to Omicho Market.

This hotel is a wonderful example of someone putting their heart into their work. From the attention to the spaces, like the café and bar, to the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness, Hotel Pacific is in a league of its own. Everyone is so helpful, the breakfast is great, the bar and café could easily keep you for hours, and the location cannot be beat. The owner is the coolest and his hospitality is beyond compare.

This was such a great stay! The room was large (compared to Tokyo and Kyoto) and the amenities were great (we still talk about how comfy those pajamas were). The hotel has a coffee shop on the first floor that makes incredible ginger lattes and ginger tea. And a vibey lounge space next door that operates as a bar in the evenings. The surrounding area was great. Everything is walkable and a bus stop nearby. Service at the coffee shop was amazing and the baristas were friendly and knowledgeable. We wish we stayed longer.

No complaints whatsoever

everything about my stay here was just delightful-the location is really great - just a 2 min walk from omicho market and fairly close and within a walking distance to other main attractions.the staff was very nice and very helpful with any question i had.the cafe at the lobby was a nice bonus for me and i enjoyed both a delicious hot matcha latte on a rainy evening and a nice cup of coffee early morning before heading out.the room itslef felt pretty large as a solo traveler and had everything and more for my needs, and the bed was very comfortable.as for the rest of the amenities (washing machine, vending machines...)- i didnt have much need of them but it was good knowing they were there if i ever wanted to use them.

have nothing bad to say about this place.i would definitely come back here if i ever have the chance!

The hotel staff were super helpful and kind. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, the bus stop, and tourist attractions like Kanazawa Castle.

I wish I had one more pillow, but I’m sure they would’ve brought me one if I’d asked.
