Onsen is quite overcrowded for quite long time, so stayed three nights only went once!

Wonderful location and great breakfast. The room was pretty spacious and very quiet.

The property seems very basic, lack of style. The furniture is dated. I could smell smoke in public spaces.

Great location, good onsen, and amazing food! Free ramen and breakfast both!!

Close to train/bus stations and shopping/restaurants but I mainly chose this for the onsen. The outdoor onsen was a great temperature…the best I have experienced in Japan at a hotel. 42 degrees with the cool outside air was a wonderful way to relax.

The onsen is waaaaay too small for the number of people using it. Twice, there was a queue to get a locker and to use a shower during my 4-day stay there. It wasn’t relaxing when there are too many people in the bath.

We loved everything.. except the rain. The hot springs were excellent, very clean and the selection of shampoos were very nice. The breakfast was outstanding and the beds were Very comfortable. The hotel was right down the street from the train station for easy side trips.10/10 would recommend!

My slippers were never the same size but I think that's more me than the hotel??

Amazing onsen, with indoor and outdoor hot pools, plus a cold bath. Excellent location close to train station.

Location is excellent, close to the station, restaurants and shopping. Onsen, especially the outdoor onsen was great.

Although expected, even the twin bed room is small.

Spa was nice. Free ice cream and ramen are always a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable

Staff members were friendly and great! The lady assigned to our room was very polite and nice!

It’s a bit away from the closest train station, but they have a shuttle service so that was great!

- 5-10 mins walking distance from Kanazawa station, bus stations and shopping malls- Friendly and polite staff- OK to leave your luggage if arriving before check in time- AMAZING breakfast, good options and selections overall - highly recommended to try it- Did not use the onsen/sauna but have read great reviews about them- Spacious and clean room - sink is situated outside of the shower/toilet- Good priced hotel

Wonderful natural bath on the top floor. Both indoor and outdoor pools and a small area to lay out.

Room with 2 single beds was one of the largest. very handy to railway station/busses and department store.

I enjoyed my stay at Dormy Inn Kanazawa Natural Hot Spring. The hotel location is great, the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. The hot spring was very good, and I believe it is not that easy to find a natural onsen in Kanazawa!Breakfast was top-notch, but you have to take into account there can be a queue in the morning and you might have to wait 5-15 minutes to take a seat for breakfast.Price/Quality ratio met my expectations.

Very close to the train station with its restaurants and shops. Lovely onsen area on the roof. Comfy bedroom.

Too crowded in a relatively small space and a little bit dated facility, hot baths are full of people, some staffs are helpful but most not too patient

Awesome onsen (public bath) area. There were also free coffee and drinks area + manga library. The staff were very friendly. Room was very clean.

Emergency vehicles were loud. I'm not sure if there was an emergency or if the fire / police station is nearby.

Indoor onsen a bit small

I really appreciated being so close to the train station and having the mall across the street. The onsen was really nice as well.
