Location and the spa. Good Japanese breakfast.

The furnishings in the room, carpets, and bathrooms seem a little worn. Overall, the room was clean, but there was a little mold in the bathroom.

Nice, clean, comfortable business hotel. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of Japanese or western-style food. Free nighttime ramen was a welcome bonus

Room was far too hot - heating is centrally managed by hotel which is very common in Japan, there was no individual aircon in room. You can manage heat somewhat by opening window.

Beautiful hotel located just a few blocks away from the train station. It was so easy to get there. Check-in process was smooth. The room was nice and spacious enough for 2 people. The onsen was superb.

The only thing that I would say I didn’t like it was the central AC. You don’t have any control or a dedicated AC in the room so it was an uncomfortable stay during the day. the bedroom was extremely hot. We had to open the window, even at night. No complimentary water, only if you agree on the eco cleaning stay. What we did.

Room was bigger for Japan. Close to the railway station and buses.

It was a very busy hotel with lots of tour groups that flooded the amenities all at once. You had to go down to the lobby if you are a women to get a new code for the public bath every day and stand there waiting for your turn at the desk with lots of people trying to check in. It was very inconvenient.

Great location, right next to the station. The room was clean, comfortable and the free ramen in the evening very tasty.

Location was just a bit further from station than some other nearby hotels. So, in the rain..still a bit of a hassle. Outdoor hot spring was very tiny and had a jacuzzi function that cannot be turned off…hard to enjoy the outdoor space with it constantly bubbling. Breakfast was okay but not great. I wouldn’t recommend it for ¥1200

Free luggage storage lockers, great public bath facilities with indoor and outdoor baths, toiletries/pajamas all provided, post-onsen free ramen, amazing location within a close walk to the train station

Clean, comfortable room, very central location. Very good onsen, generous breakfast (reasonably priced). Staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed this hotel. Window in room was able to be opened which was good.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Central location, entrance might be a bit easy to miss so be mindful of that. Nice that the place had three onset options and a sauna. Loved the milk vending machine in the onset

Room was a bit cramped but not a dealbreaker since we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Onsen had faint smell of chlorine (don’t know if they add it to the water)- wasn’t a fan of that, my friend’s skin reacted a bit poorly to that.

I like:- location- it was everything and everywhere clean - small massage device - additional pillowWindows were closed - impossible to breath fresh air after rain, there was a device for cleaning air - but what about oxygen?????Bed was quite small and not comfortable bed textile If you want to visit önsen but you have tattoos on your body - impossible - and I booked this hotel just because of önsen If I would be in Kanazawa one more time - I will prefer another hotel

It was a very nice hotel close to the railway station - perfect localisation for us, since we came to Kanazawa już for two nights and had huge backpacks as luggage. Ramen offered by the hotel every evening was very tasty and definitely a reason why my husband wanted to choose this hotel in the first place ? good price for the offered standard :)

It was very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast (japanese and western style) was very rich and tasty.

Had to ask for a change of room due to cigarette smell, got moved to room with exhaust units outside of window. ?. Not great but didn't want to complain again.

Really nice onsen and friendly staff the highlights of stay. Complimentary evening ramen also appreciated!
