Room was spacious with great views. Staff was friendly and helpful when phoning to make dinner reservations. Overall wonderful stay.

The hotel was very accomodating with great staff. The room was spacious for three adults with comfortable beds. The location was central and easy to walk to most tourist destinations.

There did not appear to be any way to contol the air temperature in the room. Though it is winter and cold, the room felt too hot and stuffy with three adults.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were helpful

The floor (10th) smells like an old casino. Thankfully we could crack the window to get fresh air. They really need to use an air scrubber to clean the rooms on this floor because it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Beds were very comfortable and clean though. We slept well. The breakfast alone made it worth staying here. It’s also very conveniently located

The bed was incredibly hard. It was an awful 2 nights of sleep.

Beautiful, staff extremely helpful, very professional and educated in different languages.The rooms, the location, the hotel was very, very nice.

Area was good and close to a lot of attractions.

The area was noisy. The shower curtain was not large enough and led to water being all over the bathroom. The TV only had access to to local stations and the AC did not get cold enough.

Nice place right in the center of town. The staff was very attentive and the service was very good. The room was spacious.

The pillows were about the worst I've ever encountered. They were hard and flat. This is a smallish detail but matters so much for having a good night sleep. This is my only complaint abou the hotel, but honestly the pillows are horrible.

They were able to change my room, as I did not like the first one I was assigned to. The second room was a huge improvement, and I was able to relax then. I do not think the US website for booking is working very well to do justice to this very fine hotel.

Breakfast -- please get a good "espresso" machine that will solve a lot of headache for the travelers.Also, please make sure that basic items, such as "ajitsuke nori" are not out of stock. I was quite disappointed by the very poor quality of coffee. Also, when I booked online I paid for breakfast, but the hotel did not have that information. So, I paid twice for breakfast.

Its a high end hotel with great location very close to tourist visit sites. It has an impressive building and presentation. Starbucks and choice of restaurants, high end shopping are at few foot steps. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast was bit pricy but well presented with plenty of choices. The lifts, the corridors and rooms have impressive decor and looks. Overall the hotel gives a feel of being in a nice facility. The rooms are spacious. We were on the 9th floor room. The views were nice. The toilet and bathroom are well decorated and stocked. Laundry service is well priced and prompt.

The hotel was well located and was within walking distance of the main attractions in Kanazawa. The rooms were lovely and quiet and staff were helpful.

We had a room booked with lounge access. In other hotels we stayed at with lounge access, the food and alcohol was more abundant and we found we didn't have to go out for dinner. At the Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel, the lounge was more like a pre-dinner snack type event. Breakfast was also minimal. That said, what was available was delicious.

Breakfast time and check in time around lift area- too many staff walking around who can be in the way. I understand it is Japanese way(omotenashi) but some of their what they think it is their omotenashi can be just annoying. I find this staff wearing silly earphones not not helping neither. You go top class hotel anywhere around the world, you don't see this kind of things. And yet, they can't seem to have a small talk, which I find it cold. You might as well have everything done by a robot!?However, their staff member located in Club Lounge, were excellent. Fluent in English and communication skill was amazing unlike others in the hotel.

The staff were so kind, respectful and thoughtful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Best sleep on our trip.

The breakfast is excellent and the hotel location is convenient. Bus stops are a short walk away.

I stayed at the Tokyu hotel for four nights, in one of the larger rooms. It was absolutely worth the cost, as everything was faultless. What made the hotel extra special were the staff members. All the people I spoke to were helpful, friendly and professional - in particular, the young woman at reception who took the time to discuss my need for a quiet room. Thank you so much to everyone - I look forward to my next visit next year!

Very conveniently located to sightseeing, buses, shopping. Excellent service from the staff, polite, efficient, kind and sincere, truly felt welcomed. Nice breakfast spread, nice lobby always a good feeling to come and go each day. They took care of my luggage forwarding with such efficiency and care which ensured my confidence, the staff makes the experience special, highly recommend!

Can’t think of anything I absolutely didn’t like, had a wonderful experience. We had a beautiful morning view of the city, unfortunately it overlooked the rooftop of the next building as well but I thought it was cool that there was a large, contemporary, metal wire sculpture in a pop art blue on that roof that somehow helped to balance out the rawness of what could have been completely unsightly.
