Apa Hotel Kanazawa-Ekimae

The hotel was steps away from the rail station. The closest door lead right to the food hall. It was very convenient. There is a nice coffee bar in the hotel lobby.

The room was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. 2 people could not stand up at the same time. We could barely open 1 suitcase. Maybe do-able for 1 small person. Not adequate for 2 regular sized people.

Location is good for shopping, dining. Convenient transportation.

APA Hotel is conveniently located near Kanazawa Station, just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of eateries in the surrounding area, and being close to the station makes it easy to travel to other parts of the city. The room is small but functional, with space under the bed to store luggage. The TV offers a good selection of channels, including access to YouTube. The hotel also has a public bath, which is free for hotel guests and very convenient. The room is well maintained, and housekeeping can be requested if needed.

Nil.

The location is super close to the station, very convenient. The breakfast experience was great! The staff speak little English, but they're willing to help.

It was “on” the station , not just near it

The beds are very small but the rooms are smaller. The entire room including the tiny bathroom is not more than 8 square meter

Location

Access to the large bath was restricted due to the maintenance. Female customer had only 1 hour access prior to check out. They call you a min after check out time to kick you out.

Loved the location and the onsen

The room was very small especially with large luggage.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful with places to eat.

Very nice large twine room with enough space, clean and comfortable. Very nice location- close to Kanazawa station and big shopping center

Unfortunately laundry is not comfortable (washing and drying are separated, not enough machines, not nice location- in onsen area)

The room was small but functional and had all the essentials. The bed was confortable.

The windows were not well isolated and cold air was blowing during the night. Also, you could hear the trains. The bathroom was kind of worn out as well.

Staff, Location and breakfast were excellent

The bed was too soft and the pillow was hard

Stayed one night room was a twin with more space. Breakfast included. Very good luggage storage. Plenty of shops at the station and right on top of the bus station too. Wasn’t here very long but it was very good

Very busy hotel being that it is right next door to the station. Location is perfect and plenty of shopping malls all around. Also the hotel offers lots of things such as spa and restaurants.

Great location, nice restaurants in the area.

As usual, rooms are super small.

Newly renovated & thoughtful design for a comfortable stay

No staff patrol for the spa. A fight happened at the women bath facility over the use of washer/dryer

Good location but the room was very very light and noisy

The light of the room and the noise that come trough the street and too small! Even for APA hotels

Excellent location right next to the train station and a modern stylish hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with a full buffet to choose from which included japanese and western cuisine options. It didn't seem crowded because there was lots of seating available.

I booked a non-smoking room, thinking this was actually a room on a non-smoking level. It was not, so I was actually on a floor with smoking rooms and the smoke became so intoxicating in the morning I had to cover my face and mouth while walking down the hallway to the elevator. Luckily the staff were so kind and were able to move my room to a non-smoking floor which was much more pleasant.

We stayed at four APA hotels on our trip to Japan...as always, this location was great! Steps from the train station and easy to find. The staff were lovely and helpful. I would for sure stay here again!

The location is super, right next to the station. Room is well soundproofed so the noise from the trains is acceptable. The hotel has an onsen with sauna. Very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfastbuffet is also very nice.

The matras of the bed was a bit worn but ok enough.Room was small, as expected but not so well laid out as in other hotels from APA.

Affordable, clean and friendly staffs!

Room was opposite the train tracks. You can hear the trains even though the windows are closed and thick blinds are pulled down.
