so, KANAZAWA

The location was conveniently located from the main transport hubs at Kanazawa Station, as well as being close to the loop bus stops and a short walk from the fish market. Finding and accessing the room was easy, as was the check in process. As informed by the hotel, we left our luggage outside the room prior to check in and the staff were fantastic, moving all the luggage into the room for us. The room was truly spacious, allowing for easy storage of luggage and access throughout the space. The room was presented in a clean and tidy manner and was reasonably stocked.

These are minor gripes, but there was a slight but noticeable unpleasant odour in the room upon arrival, which dissipated over the first couple of days of the stay. It would have been nice to have had the bins cleaned up on a regular basis automatically without having needed to instigate a request. The kitchen area was a little smaller than we would have liked, but since we didn't do much cooking during our stay, this was not a major inconvenience.

No breakfast is provided and no staff on site. There is a lack of storage space for clothes and suitcase

Very small dirty room. One towel a guest, and one pillow per guest. Don't want to use kitchen due to how small everything is. Bad location. Better to stay south where most restaurants, museums, and shopping are.

Its clean, well equipment, cozy, love the tatami section, nice ambience, check-in and check-out process is seamless.

Compact modern apartment with comfortable beds and with everything you need. It was possible to drop our luggage after 11am. Only 5-10 minutes from Kanazawa station and near convenient store and restaurants. Kanazawa is a walkable city and had a very comfortable stay.

Lovely apartment with with mostly everything we needed. The convenient location to the train station, castle and gardens was a big plus. It was clean and updated. Our family spent 5 nights there and loved it.

Could’ve used more eating bowls but that was about it.

Nothing, everything was absolutely great!!

An excellent option for a group - very spacious with all the important elements provided. The room was huge, and we even had a dining space, a Japanese tatami room, a kitchen, and a very spacious bathroom. I'd always choose this place for its family-friendly design, a great location for Kanazawa station, as well as a pleasant stroll to other central places in Kanazawa.

The location was great. The pin lock is great so members of the family could all come and go as they please. The skin products were lovely. Enough room for family luggage.

The dryer seemed to take forever

Beautiful touches all through the apartment, we loved the layout and family sleeping arrangement. Lovely art on walls, tasteful decor and very nice consumable products available to use.

Great appartemnt, nicely decorated, with all necessary items.

The checkout and check in time (in that order). 10 am is very early for leaving the appartment. Not to mention that 16:00 is quite late for getting in.

The location is quite good, close to the train station. Amenities is well provided for. Family-mart is 2min walk. Room is spacious and being on top floor is definitely a plus as there is no one above making noises.

While the service is good, I could not find the front desk, perhaps there is none. But would be good to have certain face to face interaction.

While there is no staff on site, it was a super special facility, clean, great location! It worked well for our 3 night stay.

Accommodation is near to JR station and shopping mall, and place of interests. Place is simple yet sufficient for family with kids.

Fantastic location, just a 10min walk from the train station as well as our car rental place. Lots of eating options in the vicinity, as well as convenience store. so, Kanazawa was very modern and clean. Our room was very spacious, with enough space for four people comfortably. Best feature is the ventilator, dryer in the bathroom which helped us dry the bathroom and our laundry in a jiffy. Although we had no face to face contact, the owner was very responsive and proactive in helping us ensure we checked in and responding to our questions.

The washing machine in our unit keeps having problem when it comes to draining and spinning, even after it was fixed. But, the ventilator/dryer in the bathroom was great in drying our laundry very quickly.

Very close to the station, just a few blocks walk. There are multiple restaurants in the area but unfortunately when we were there it seemed like almost all were closed. The rooms match the photos, and are well sized for a family considering it’s Japan.

Most of the restaurants in the area were closed during our stay which was a bit unexpected but can’t really fault the accommodation for that.
