Very large rooms and a good location 2 min. from the train station. An overall very comfortable stay.

Dust on the furniture should also be cleaned.

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 11). Easy 7 min walk from Kanazawa station. Using the pedestrian underpasses to get to the correct side of the street was easiest (they also have lifts/elevators if you have luggage with you). 7/11 right beside hotel.

Near kanazawa station & price very affordable.They provide free flow drip coffee & tea ?

Great convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the train station. The place is clean and staff are friendly.

I liked just about everything other than the beds, which are slightly on the firm side. But that is just personal preference (and it seems most Japanese prefer a firmer bed).

It’s looks like old fashion but turns out very comfortable and the laundry room are something in MYSTAYS group

The service and amenities are superb. We were given bath salts and we can borrow hair styling tools. The hotel staff also helped us with luggage transfer.

The room was huge for our family of 3; my toddler got to move around a lot. Decent breakfast spread with friendly staff

Might not be that toddler-friendly as mine had an accident everyday during our stay. From falling off the bed to falling off when steeping out of the toilet (there's a step level; wasn't levelled with the room) and knocking her head on the bedside table. This might be due to her height as well

Great location. Spacious and clean room. Good enough for a quick family stay.

We were also charged an additional non-refundable “hotel fee,” which was the only place to do so during our 2+ weeks in Japan. We didn’t use any extra amenities, didn’t use their breakfast service, and couldn’t even use the on-site parking because it was full.

Close to Kanazawa station, good value, very large room (if that’s important to you).

The bathroom has a musty smell that is pretty off putting. This is because when they installed the tub they didn’t seal between the tub and the wall. So old water is just sitting in that space. Which is really a shame because it’s a nice bathroom otherwise. Look, this hotel is fine but it just doesn’t have that same warm Japanese hospitality that you find at smaller properties.

Great location, nearby to the station. Spacious and comfortable rooms.Great to have a fitness center even if it was a terrible one :)

Breakfast was not that great. The fitness center was the worst I've ever seen. It was tiny with only dumbbells, treadmills, and bikes. All threadmills were broken, and the dumbbells were super light (eaviest was like 5kg)

In a business neighborhood

Hotel is located within walking distance from Kanazawa station. Yet a quiet locality. Facilities were decent. Staff was friendly. On the whole a comfortable stay.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station, where you can also catch the hop-on-hop-off busses which makes it convenient. It's in a quiet area away from traffic and has a 7-11 next door, which is very convenient.The additional breakfast was good with both ample Asian and Western food selections.Our room was clean, comfortable with a very nice modern bathroom. The air conditioning was perfect: quiet, efficient and got cold enough to be able to use the duvets that are part of the bedding.

the rooms were huge, and the beds are very comfortable. the hotel is located on a quiet street, with plenty of paid parking lots nearby. I especially liked the amenities that the hotel provided, and the fact that there is a 7E located conveniently next door.

On my check in night, the young male staff was a bit hostile. There was no smile on his face, and no response when I approached the counter and said konbanwa to him. Perhaps it is because I am a 'gaijin'? I read some reviews that there are many foreigners that stayed at this hotel and it made some of the locals uncomfortable. Regardless of my ethnicity, I paid the full amount and I don't think I should be treated any differently. Maybe I interpreted his demeanor inaccurately, as I did just arrive at the hotel after a very long and tiring drive. Nevertheless, in my opinion, if you are working the front counter you should at least make an effort to be welcoming and provide service with a smile.During check out, the older male staff that handled my reservation was warm and professional.

Close to JR/Station, about 400 meters walking. If with luggage under hot weather, it will be a little bit far, otherwise all good. Very clean and big room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The day we arrived was quite hot, and it took about 5-10 mintues with underground path to reach the hotel from station.
