Hotel Kanazawa Zoushi

Everything. Amazing staff. Beautiful room with superb bed and great shower/tub. Fantastic breakfast. Drinks in the room/lounge and noodles in the evening greatly appreciated. One of the best hotel experiences we have had.

Amazing staff and beautiful property- I will recommend it to anyone coming to Japan. The woman who saw us out held an umbrella over us while we got into our cab and stood outside the hotel waving until we were around the corner. That’s the type of kindness and service they provide here.

Beautiful hotel with attention to every detail. Loved the breakfast and evening udon as well as the lounge area with drinks. Amazing staff - super sweet and helpful. Great location.

For our family, the thing we would have enjoyed more was a second bathroomIn our suite! But that is hard to find anywhere unless we get 2 rooms.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Provided us with all the information that we needed and even accommodated dietary preferences and an early breakfast so we could grab a bite before our tour. They provided complimentary drinks and snacks in the common area, which was an added bonus.

Breakfast was excellent, We only were able to have it one day as one day they were at capacity. Evening udon was a great treat.

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. If you are visiting Kanazawa you should definitely stay here. There are so many small touches that make it a great experience. Check-in snacks, free udon every night, drinks available constantly. The room was very thoughtfully designed with a great way of making the shower/bathroom private through sliding door panels, or allowing you to open the room up more by sliding them away. Super easy to walk to and from the train station. Even closer to Omicho Market and access to many buses around the city. If I ever visit again, I can't imagine a better value for money than here!

Very friendly and welcoming staff and super comfortable room. Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful and the location was super central.

We loved the little touches like the welcome dango, the anytime drinks bar and the yummy breakfast. The entire hotel was very cozy and well thought out to enhance your experience.

Honestly nothing - I could’ve spent few more days here.

We had breakfast two times during our stay. Both were delicious! One morning the protein was egg, the other morning was salmon. The staff were so helpful! They got us a last minute dinner reservation to Fukuwauchi, a traditional Japanese restaurant about a 10 min walk from the hotel. It ended up being one of our most memorable meals. Our room was compact and perfect.

Parking the car was tricky, but there were several options with reasonable prices.

The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance from the train station, and it was an easy walk. The hotel is very clean, staffs are very attentive and friendly. Drinks are provided throughout the day, along with food served at certain hours, and is included as part of the stay.

Cozy, comfortable, staff super attentive, lots of freebies like teas, bath salts, and sweets. Shower was amazing, I’ve had a similar one only at bougie Peninsula-like hotels.

We've already recommended the hotel to family members who will be traveling to Japan. The best lodging of our trip. Beautiful and roomy. Nicely decorated. Staff eager to please. Great location, walkable from station and shopping. Japanese breakfast only, but it was delicious and different every day.

The hotel had great design and cosy feel. Beds were comfortable and the rools were furnished with functional pieces. Amenities and complimentary drinks, snacks and dinner were amazing! Best hotel in Japan I've stayed since travelling here back in 2014.

The location was great, the hotel itself was beautiful inside, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Another thing that was really amazing that I used almost every night because of early closing times for restaurants was the yonaki udon which was free, filling, and really tasty. Everything was above and beyond.

The staff were so nice and welcoming, all the personal touches like the welcome treat and goodbye gift, how clean and beautiful the room was, the size and layout of the room and bathroom, all the free minibar drinks and drinks in the lobby, along with the location close by to everything.

Don’t hesitate in booking this hotel. From the nicest staff, well-maintained rooms, and delicious free ramen, this was an unforgettable stay. The hotel itself is centrally located, within walking distance to the market and other attractions, including the train station and other districts.

The lobby and queen tatami room were stunning. All of the amenities and drinks included blew us away! We were offered a daily tasty sweet, and late night udon.
