Great hotel near Kanazawa Station. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room and beds were great. All in all, a great stay.

The room was great. The kids loved the bunk beds nook. I enjoyed taking a dip in the public onsen at the end of the day. Location was good as walkable to Kanazawa Station and Omicho Market.

the hotel has nice and beautiful interior. Location super close to the station, family mart and some cafes and restaurants.i love the lamps inside the room and also the design of the onsen area super nice.

during check out day the cleaning staff knock our door to clean the room before we check out in early morning. But then I explained that we haven't check out and staff apologize. I think its a miss-understanding of the cleaning schedule.

The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants and most importantly the train station. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good too

Room was spotless and modernly designed. Appreciate the provision of slippers and pajamas, we didn't inquire about other sizes however. Bed was comfortable. Great location.

Breakfast seems pricey so we didn't opt in, although it includes some raw fish hand rolls. But sashimi and sushi are extremely affordable all over the city so personally I don't think breakfast is good value at the hotel.

The room is big with 2 super single size bed and one sofa bed. The bed are firm and very comfortable. There is also onsen in the hotel.

No drinking water provided at the pantry area.

Nice reading nook/sofa next to the window. Comfy beds. Close to the station.

Not much room to even walk around the furniture.

The location is an easy 5 minute walk from the train station and all sites are close enough to walk to if you don't mind getting a few steps in. Bus service is easily available if you don't want to walk.

I loved the public bath and the bathroom in the room. The hotel is located in a quite area central to the Castle and garden.

Close to the train station just a few minutes walk - and around the station there are always casual dining options and convenience stores with food and snacks. Walkable to the gardens and castle - if you are able to walk several miles then you can see everything on foot. Otherwise can get a one day bus pass for 800 yen from the hotel. The public bath is nice and uncrowded. Coin laundry available. Unobstructed view of the city from the 03 tier is fantastic. Good breakfast heavy on Japanese fare including sashimi roll you can make yourself.

Standard room is smaller than what you might think from the photos. Not uncomfortable but pretty tight for two.

Great hotel with a perfect location - close to all main attractions within a 30-minute walk, right next to the train station and car rental offices, making it ideal for starting a Japanese Alps tour. Modern facilities and very friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and comfy. A little bit of a walk from the nearest train station too.

I unfortunately encountered a unwelcoming almost rude staff member on the night of our check in but the rest of the staff on our remaining days were wonderful. Breakfast area is quite small and can get busy at times. Food options didn't change during our 2 night stay.

Great location: - The hotel is less than a 5 minutes walk to the train station which allows you to have easy access to the city loopbus which brings you to all sights spots in the city.- Otherwise it's about a 10 minute walk to the city center with multiple convenience stores around the corners.- The front desk agents go out of their way to assist you. When we asked about the luggage forwarding service, they contacted our next hotel in advance, confirmed the reservation and completed all the paperwork for us. The following day all we had to do was bring our suitcases to the front desk and we received our proof of postage/receipt. This allowed us to experience a last visit to the local market before catching our next train.

Excellent. Newly build hotel, very close with Kanazawa station. Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are also very helpful and willing to go for extra miles. We will come back to stay here again when we go to Kanazawa ?
