Second time we’ve been to this hotel, and once again, my expectations were exceeded. Extremely attentive staff and the best location you can find; right inside the Kanazawa station complex

Very clean, amenities are good and location is unbeatable.

Great location. We like its proximity to transportation and dining places which were quite varied. The staff were super helpful. We’d most likely be staying there again when visiting Kanazawa.

The bathroom was quite dirty. There were water stains on the bathroom hardware, shower faucets, and half of the mirror. It’s like the cleaning staff rush through it too quickly. So far it’s the least pleasant hotel i stayed out of my trip to Japan.The bed was also dented in the middle. My husband felt like he could not lie straight but at an angle all night.

The front desk were all very friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the location of the hotel. Located in the station. Easy access to the cities transportation system. Restaurants and shops all nearby.

Being located in the station, you will sometimes hear the trains. But it wasn’t as loud as I thought it would be.

Could not not wish for a better place to stay. It is right in the station which made it very convenient to arrive and depart by train and bus, especially when it was raining heavily. Grocery and convenient stores are right there in the building. Very nice, sparkly clean room with all amenities you need. Helpful staff, within walking distance to attractions, very comfortable bed.

It located inside of the Kanazawa station, which is great for travelers travel by public transportation. The bed was very comfortable. There were shopping malls nearby, and supermarkets, convenience stores, and food stores also.

The towel had little black stains on it. I have not aware of that at first. Also, there was mold on the edges of the bath tub. All the stains and mold were not obvious, but when you spot it, it turns out to be a little bit hard to ignore them.

This business hotel is directly accessible from the station, making it extremely easy to get to right after you get off the train. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The internet was fast and I had zero issues. Since its in Kanazawa station, there's a lot of food options nearby as well as a mall.

Very poor knowledge of English among receptionists. Small rooms and therefore poorly furnished. Lausy breakfest served in station restaurant.

Location is excellent, right by Kanazawa train station. Once arrive Kanazawa by train and get out of the exit, the hotel is just right there. Room and everything else are great. I have no negative feedback and feeling about this hotel. Thank you.

Very convenient, located inside the train station about 100 meters from the gate exit. They were able to hold our luggage an hour before check-in and an hour after check-out. The room had a good view and the bed was comfortable. The TV had a screen that shows the status of the laundry machines so you know which one is available and how much time is left.

The elevator always makes a stop on the third floor no matter if you’re going up or down.

Really loved the location as it was it was literally inside the train station and next to a 7 Eleven. There are so many food and shopping options nearby. You can only access the floor you stay on and with the location of the hotel, it felt very safe. The vicinity of the hotel and train station has a lot of foot traffic until the nearby shopping malls' closing time, so that also made it feel fairly safe. The hotel is also very clean and is a well taken care of property. The bed is comfortable.

The room is on the smaller side which made is hard to open large luggage. Nothing else to dislike.

Best things about this hotel are the location and the staff. The location is right inside the station, just as you exit the ticket gate. You have access to JR trains, local buses and transport all within 1-2 min walk. There's also a 7-Eleven right around the corner, plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall right across from the hotel entrance. The only time you need to leave this area is to explore the rest of Kanazawa. The staff were super helpful and kind! They helped me fill out the form to send my luggage to my next destination and when I had a question I couldn't communicate over the phone, a staff member came up to my room so I can explain in person. They go above and beyond to help, which was amazing.They provide clean towels if you ask, otherwise you have to wait till cleaning day (which starts on the 4th day of your stay).There's coin-operated laundry in the lobby. Washes and dries and you don't need detergent.

Nothing in particular was bad. The room was pretty basic. There was quite a high step into the bathroom which I almost forgot about a couple times. The rooms aren't soundproof, but most people were quiet so it wasn't an issue. All in all the room itself was okay.

This hotel is perfectly located for travelers using the train — just inside Kanazawa Station, making it ideal for moving between cities. While the main tourist spots are a bit of a walk away, buses are easily accessible and reliable. Downstairs, you’ll find everything you need, from a 7-Eleven to other useful shops. The hotel’s common areas are thoughtfully equipped, and the laundry room is a huge plus: it's super cheap, includes a dryer, and can handle about 3 kg of clothes in two hours — just don’t overload it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and more spacious than many other business hotels in Japan. The shower was excellent, and the room also included a boiler for added convenience.

Like many similar hotels in Japan, the room may feel a bit small by European standards, but it was still comfortable and well organized.
