Hyatt House Kanazawa

It is located right next to the train station, lots of storage in the room, clean and large room for 3 people and kitchenette.

Had to pay for the laundry machine in the common area (500 yen), not a big deal, but it could be crowded at times. Would be nice if each room had its own washing machine (particularly for the larger rooms that could accommodate 3 or more people)

The property was very close to the train station making it easy to get to with young children. There was a mall very close by with many shops and restaurants to choose from. Tub was nice and the bathroom clean. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable for all 5 guests. No complaints.

Excellent rooms, staff and the welcome bar are fantastic!

Lots of selections, but it's still cafeteria food.

Staff knowing that they can tag and transport your luggage. We had to take luggage to Hyatt Centric about 100 meters away, only to find out that Hyatt House can prepare tags for transport. Ugh

Specious Room and very clean and all amenities are available.. the modern style of the hotel is beautiful we were in love with the place.. 10/10 ?

everything was perfect. the room was big, beds were comfortable ( with additional pillow top), central location. nice design, laundry facilities and free coffee in the morning.

This is a top location since most travelers to Kanazawa will be arriving and leaving by train. Excellent new hotel with loads of food options and shopping at hand.Nice little addition: free sake, beer and wine on tap all day!

The hotel is just fantastic, breakfast is good whether it’s on Hyatt Centric or on the hotel itself. Staff is lovely and helpful. Location is just great near all shopping by malls and the central station.

The tax on the printing services from the reception is a bit rude and redundant. Should be a service of the hotel, without any tax.

Simply love this hotel! It was our second time staying here and when we go to Kanazawa again, we’ll stay here again. Staff is friendly; rooms spacious and clean; the amenities in the lobby are fabulous. This is the place to stay!

Location is perfect - next to Kanazawa station which makes easier to go everywhere since we use kanazawa loop bus.

Good location, right next to Kanazawa train and bus station. Many eateries and shops nearby. Facilities are new and we were upgraded to a larger room. Staff are polite and helpful.

Breakfast menu was the same except for one or two small variations for 4 days.

Lovely hotel, very close to public transport and parking. A good sized room for a family, especially for Japan. Very comfortable beds.

Breakfast options were limited. Location is a bit “tourist trap” with all dining options nearby quite expensive.

The hotel is rather new and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and large. The breakfast was an okay buffet. Loved the happy hour bar. The location to the train station was perfection!

The third time staying in this hotel. Generally good. The only negative comment is about the complimentary breakfast which is only for one guest every time we two people stay. It’s a disrespect to both guests. I would rather there is no breakfast included or have a choice of paid breakfast for both guests instead of this arrangement. This shows the hotel management is very mean too. The staff gave us both complimentary breakfast in the end after I made the complaint to this arrangement. The choice of food for the breakfast did not worth 1980 yen per person (pre-tax). Every day the same type of food was served without any change. For fruits, only banana and grapes were served which are both high sugar. Better to have breakfast in a cafe nearby. The air inside the room is a bit too humid and we have to use the “Dry” function of the air conditioner in the room all the time.
