Really great prices and facilities. The staff was kind and helpful and it was easy to communicate and make new friends there too!

Small room, solo traveler, but very comfortable. Big kitchen to use, and a nice common area.Helpful staff, Mika is super nice.

images in photo are misleading. bathroom is very small and there is no separate sink. the bathtub drain was not functioning properly.

Super friendly staff who speak great English (shoutout to Shiori and Shoko) and gave me great recommendations. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is located in a calm area, not far from the Omicho market. There is a fitness room available if you want to break a sweat. I'll definitely stay there the next time I'm in Kanazawa!

The fitness room is only available from 9AM to 5:30PM, I wish it was available later in the evening. The TV in my room was tiny (no big deal though).

Staff! The chef was amazing. I loved the concept of this hotel’ origins. It is integrated with the community and offers events for guests

We had a family suite, the living space section had a funny odor in my opinion but the space itself was great!

The dryer didn’t dry my clothes all the way (I couldn’t locate the lint trap to clean it out).

The "mood" of the place, really modern and relaxed. The staff is very kind and supportive.The room was good; there is also a lounge to relax and reading books and travel guides. We have breakfast (Japanese style) that was very plentiful.I also enjoyed a Yoga class in the fitness room, in the late afternoon :-)The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes walk from the Market.

Nothing; a part from the very tiny sink in the bathroom..it was just enough to wash your hands.I also can advice to provide breakfast menu in advance.

Spacious, very clean room. Located well in relation to sights and train station. Quiet area.

The kitchen was pretty gross. Well worn and not left very clean. Felt like college slum apartment kitchen. Also motion sensor light in room turned on if you rolled over in bed. Used a band aid to get any sleep. Also, not nearly enough laundry washing machines for the needs of guests. The drying rack in the room was great, though.

LINNAS as a hotel was awesome. They have great facilities and super nice staff that even speak English. The location is right where you want to be for Kanazawa, and I would definitely stay here again.

No complaints about the property itself, but the Japanese style family room that my friends and I booked was just a bit uncomfortable. The futons were very thin so it felt like we were just sleeping on the tatami floors. This shouldn’t be an issue in any of their other room types though.

I liked the location near to Kanazawa station, Omicho Market and a Knives store. It is nice located and its facility is clean and the staff was wonderful, specially Kanon, our front desk support.

Simply styled in a good part of town. Close to the Omisho Market and one of the old tea districts. The rooms are small - it’s got a hostel vibe. There is a cute Sauna and Jacuzzi up top for private hire thats worth paying for if you’re staying as a guest. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would be useful to have a bit more smart storage space in the rooms. Whether that’s more hangers, or a deeper well under the bed to keep luggage. Maybe even some hanging shelf’s. It gets messy quick when all you have is a bed and 2 hangers to organise your clothes.

We had a great experience, check in was easy. Double rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience and perfectly placed to walk most of Kanazawa.

Clean and good location

Staff there from 9 to 6 so if you have a problem at any other time, there’s no one to talk to.
