I had to get in a certain elevator to get to my car on S2.
We got the Business class suite and everything is EXTREMELY dated, the jacuzzi looks dirty (even when is clean) and everything around is very rusty.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the beach. Room was relatively large. Breakfast was good.

From the moment I arrived the friendliness and professionalism was evident. Erika and Renato at the reception, Joao, Pedro, Harlem and Karine at the cafeteria and Val cleaning my room made my stay that much more pleasant. I have nothing negative to say. Good location with walking distance to shops and restaurants, taxi at the door and more.

The hotel is in bad conditions. Towers and sleeping clothes are very poor conditions, old and very used. One of teh reception staff was very rud.

the breakfast wasn’t much of a variety (my stay was 7 nights); lobby was remodeling and nowhere was informed prior to arrival, internet was not great on my last day

The staff were extremely helpful and efficient . Special mention and kudos to Beatriz from the front desk . The breakfast was excellent.

The wifi was extremely weak and disconnecting frequently . You have to request housekeeping to make & clean your room as it’s not done automatically .
