    Pros +

    • This hotel feels fancy. It was a nice size room and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff didn't speak English but used the translation app and it worked fine. They were very nice and professional.
    • Very accommodating staff
    • the onsen and the huge room we had

    Cons -

    • The only thing I didn't like is having to pay the spa tax when I'm not allowed to use the spa due to tattoos.
    • Bed was way too firm, and I normally sleep on a firm bed at home. There was no fan in the shower so it got really steamy and it would get musty in there. I had to air out the hotel room when I got there because of a smell.
    • breakfast - a bit crowded and most of the food is cold. No egg station for making hot sizzling japanese omelette.

Repeat customer. Great hot spring. Great service. The breakfast was good quality. Close to the station and convenient store close by.

    9OlafPosted on: 4-10-2024

A great hotel with a large hot spring for hotel guests. We had a pretty large double room with very large queen-sized beds. There was parking for 500 yen per night right in front of the hotel. A little corner with souvenirs was nice, too. The location is central, but it was very quiet.

    8FelyMPosted on: 11-25-2023

Location is ok. Room size is good. Public bath is big enough.

The toilet is very very compact and the step up is very high.

    7WaynePosted on: 11-11-2023

Breakfast was good and in a spacious ballroom-like hall. Car parking is nearby and charges were fair (500 yen per day). Our room was spacious. There is a laundry facility available, an important factor when we book our hotels.

Staff not very friendly. They seemed to prefer the locals. Our friend and our son, who each had their own rooms (as singles) on a different floor had problems with their hot water heating up, it took a very long time. Their rooms were also small.

Great location close to the station, large rooms, good sized twin beds very comfortable. So great to have opening windows! Staff were fabulous and helpful, speaking some English

    hot spring

The cold water bath in the hot spring is too warm to be clean. The yukata for indoor wear is small because there is only one size. The whole hotel is old, the rooms are small, and the price is high. I wouldn't stay there again.

Good location close to the station. Onsen was a plus.

The room was quite cramped with 3 beds.

Very friendly staff. Everything clean and comfortable.Awesome breakfastLuggage storage before check in available

Lovely hotel, professional and friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. Coin operated washing machines, onsen available. Parking close by. Coffee vending machines on ground floor.

The bidet toilet seat and water not warm.It would be a good idea to upgrade television to have Netflix option for tv entertainment as it can be boring at night since there is nothing specifically to do in the evening and all shops close early.

    10NicolasPosted on: 5-28-2023

Only a few minutes walk from the station, restaurants, and bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable.

Large room with desk, comfortable bed. Useful amenities and tea. Comfortable onsen, good quality shampoo and conditioner. The staff can sell stamps and send postcards. The lobby has a lot of space for tables, sofas and also a small shop.Near the onsen there are vending machines with all sort of drinks, food and a microwave.Good location close to the station and restaurants are nearby.

The water of the onsen is a bit too hot for me. The fridge is a bit noisy but still ok.

    1HiuPosted on: 4-20-2023

    Very bad experience

Everything need to pay such as coffee and ice. No hot water. No customer service. The room is dirty and obsolete. Far away from train station. Very bad experience.

    7HoiPosted on: 4-6-2023

nice onsen on site. decent location within walking distance of station.

room a bit small. renovation kind of dated.

    3ChangPosted on: 3-21-2023

    spacious room

room temperature rose to 25C some time after midnight, although we set it at 20C. This made me unable to sleep again as it took a long time to cool down.

    7MengPosted on: 1-2-2023

The staff were very helpful and ready to answer our questions. There was a small but serviceable onsen on the ground floor.

Parking was provided free at a 2 storey carpark just opposite the hotel. The metal structure was really tiny so it was quite scary to maneuver my car up the slope. The lots were also cramped. The doors to the room slam shut each time we let go of them. It was quite loud too. The rooms also had a mild smoky odour to them and the facilities were definitely old.

    2HazelPosted on: 12-9-2022

    Not worth the price

It's quite run down hotel. And the TV was smaller then my monitor at home. Still uses keys instead of access cards. No bottled water in room nor water refill point in the hotel. Have to walk to nearest convenient store to get water. And the hotel rates are no where less expensive than other more decent hotels. Overall the experience is an unpleasant one.

    4MichaelPosted on: 12-5-2022

The staff were nice and it was convenient for the station.

It was tired souless and drab. In need of some investment.
