small rooms and location isnt too good

Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept our bags after check-out so we could explore the city a bit more.The room was a nice size and had great amenities. Air conditioning was a most and it worked very well.The location is great, close to subway and several bus stops.

The staff were pleasant. Big room with a bath and shower. Tea and coffee making facilities but they were in a kitchen 3 floors down.

I don’t mind a fairly hard bed but this was incredibly hard. It was more uncomfortable for me than sleeping on a Korean mattress on the floor.

Cleanliness. Friendly staff.Fresh and clean towels and bedlinen. Not far from Metro, about 10 mins on foot. Two convenience stores close by. Laundromat and a cafe right across the road. Toiletries, hair dryer and hair iron in the room.Microwave in the shared kitchen and dining area.Coffee machine in the reception.

Thin walls. No sound proof for noise from corridor, next room or upper flows.

The hotel is clean and there is a pantry for general use.

The metro station is some distance away. Can be inconvenient when there is luggage.

The room was beautiful and had a lot of good amenities! The view was beautiful!

The only thing I disliked was that I needed to go down to the desk to get more body gel and such, it'd be nice if they sent a refresh package up to room every 3 days or something. Or a bar of soap would have been better than the body wash.

The hotel was good, the location was very good! The host were friendly kind and willing to help. The room was big enough, only the bed was hard (but that is very personal) the bathroom was very good. The towels are bigger than facetowels so I was very happy :-) So nice there was also a kitchen we could use to eat something. Good facility.

Only the bed were a bit too hard for us. And maybe you can offer some knife, fork and spoon at the reception to use in kitchen and bring it clean afterwards back. Would be useful :-)

It was very clean.

The room was very cold. Despite the thermostat being on maximum, the room never got above 20°C.

I like their kindness and the location. It’s close to the hospital district!
