- The staff was amazing. They really are putting in the effort to make you feel at home. Also the breakfast was delicious!
- Excellent location, comfortable and the staff at the reception and cafeteria are so good
Cons -
- Room didn't have a mountain or city view despite being advertised. Glass doors in bathroom (why?)
- We took a total of 4 showers, 2 of those were cold. Getting the hot water sorted out would bump up my review to a 10.
