No ac or heater There was an issue with the casino that I was going to fix next day, I didn’t worry much about it bc the my had my id number which was connected to the one I used at the hotel. The lobby decided to call the room around 2am to talk about it, it was not time to be calling and I had a minor in the room. No respect, I’m really disappointed by it, they could have called earlier next morning. The issue with the casino was resolved next thing in the morning, but we really dislike how unprofessional the lobby staff was.

The food , they change the menu every day. Love the fruit. The pork was soo good.

I was sad because they did not have Almond or coconut milk. They have soy milk which is not my favorite.

Nice hotel near centre. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Would stay again.

It served as a comfortable oasis after a tiring tour...Being able to look out onto the Cajamarca square was a treat....The room was clean and modern. Having a decent restaurant was a nice perk.

One of the front desk staff members was very nice and helpful...The others, not so much.

Everything! We had use of the spa, jacuzzi and pool which was fantastic for our relaxing break. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. The superior room was huge and very comfortable. We would stay here if we came to Cajamarca again.

The staff were great. Maria at reception was incredibly responsive and helpful and changed our room for us when there was an issue. She also helped us with transport. All the other staff were welcoming and helpful.

The rooms are tired and need refreshing, particularly the bathrooms.

Nice bar and complimentary drink. Tasty breakfast with many options. Located on the plaza de armas but the double glazed windows keeps the noise out.

No block-out curtains - we had to add a blanket to the curtains to block out light from the street. The room was hit without sufficient ventilation or aircon. The doors are very loud especially when closed by other guests at 02:00/03:00 in the morning.

Very polite personnel, good food in the restaurant and facilities.

The room was designed and furnished to economy standards, comfortable bed with horrible pillows and a functional bathroom. The buffet breakfast was ok but lacked any personnel touch.The location of the hotel was good.

Location, cleanliness, and friendly staff!

Very good restaurant where we ate every evening. Our room was very dark with one window that faced the swimming pool: not very nice and not good for our privacy. But after one night, we asked for another room with daylight and they gave it to us. Good taxi service.

Our first room was like a bunker without window that let in some daylight. So be aware of the room you book!

No control of school kids running,shouting through hotel corridors late at night and very early morning and expectation that other guests should accept lack of control from both the school and hotel staff.Hotel room was dark,and very hot, felt like we were in a dungeon.Next to indoor swimming pool and noise of engineering plant for it was constant and infuriating
