Real Classic Hotel

The location and the pool. The staff was very kind.

This hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation. The outdated facilities are well past their prime, with issues ranging from malfunctioning air conditioning and a dilapidated curtain to poorly finished, dirty walls and rusty bathroom fixtures. Even breakfast fell short of expectations. Considering the prices they charge, it's clear that significant upgrades are necessary to bring this hotel up to modern standards and justify the cost.

Breakfast was good.

Free wi-fi didn't work during all my stay. I needed to change my room one time because when I turn on the air conditioner, the room lights turn off. It was incredible. The Hotel doesn't have parking lot for all rooms. My car needed to be parking in the street during all my stay.

I like that this hotel has spacious beachfront balcony view rooms and at night you have lots of eating options across the street. Overall you're near the beach and the airport. There is RioMar Shopping mall less than 15 minutes away.

Finally, I got the Seaview Suite which I booked

First Suite assigned was on the Ground Floor, overlooking a busy street.NO SEAVIEW AT ALL !!

Parking system ridiculos, small parking.They tryied to give us a side-sea wiew , when we had ordered a seawiew room.After many arguments , they upgreaded us to a suite.

Avoid this hotel if you can. They don’t pick up any of the three lines they have or reply to booking messages. or email. Balcony door was broken. fixed twice. Safe which is easy to carry away btw ran out of battery. Twice. Shampoo was two star standard. Key cards that don’t always work. “Room with a sea view” is actually room with a building view if you’re on the first floor. Wifi doesn’t stretch to the pool properly. This IS NOT a four star it’s three.

Really good value, excellent location, really nice view from the balcony rooms, really good breakfast, comfortable with good facilities.

The staff didn't speak English at all not even a word. The reception clerk used Google Translate and then called someone on the phone apparently a manager or someone who spoke a little broken English to answer any questions we had. I had to myself say to that person what questions he should answer which were the basics for any hotel by the way (stuff like breakfast hours, WiFi, checkout time etc.). Also the main door was always open and lifts to the rooms didn't require any key or card which may seem a little unsafe.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Made me feel very welcome. The room was Ocean facing is very good and spacious. The staff in the restuarant were very helpful and welcoming and professional.

Claims to have car parking but fails to mention that it is very very limited The hotel completely ran out of water for bathing and subsequent arrangements meant brown water was dispensed through all the pipes during the stay
