Spacious room and VERY good breakfast!! Location is great also...within walking distance to most attractions!!

I rented a car in Konya...the hotel was hard to find using Google...it was taking me around in circles but got it figured out after a while

Everything is well thought out and well managed. Very professional and courteous staff that helped us with last minute mistake I made with the booking in a kind and accommodating manner.

Breakfast was good. Location was nice. Staff was pleasant. Comfortable lounge in foyer.

Traveling across Turkey for 3 weeks, by the time we got to Konya we need our laundry done. Dropped off 2 small bags of clothing. At checkout was charged $157US because they dry cleaned everything instead of laundering. Either you’re ignorant and don’t know the difference between dry clean and laundry, or you’re a thief? Neither deserves repeat business. On return through town we stayed at another hotel that charged $8.40US for far more laundry.

The Staff was great, quickly parked our Car in a underground garage and Check in was also very quick, ?

Very tired room, bathroom was very very tired, breakfast not so good. The value for the money was not right.

The hotel is centrally located, walking distance from the main attractions. The room was big and comfortable, had a minibar with free items. Amenities were provided, even sleepers. The breakfast was good and with many choices. The staff was nice and polite. The parking available is spacious and easy to reach!

The location is great, and you can easily reach many attractive places nearby. The parking is also convenient and free for guests. I also liked the breakfast, which offered a rich variety of options.I also liked the way the reception handled a problem. On the first night, the room assigned was very small, dark, and had a broken refrigerator. However, after requesting a change the next morning, another room was provided, which was much better.

The reception mentioned that using the hotel’s Turkish bath without a massage was free, but later it turned out that an entrance fee was required even without any additional service.

This place is an absolute pit! We didn’t stay because our room flooded and there was black mold in the bathroom and there was no ventilation and the owner was a horrible, rude unaccommodating monster. Even though we couldn’t stay in the flooded room, he said he would only refund 50% of our stay and we didn’t even stay there! We left at 10 pm to love to another hotel that was lovely as was the manager. Stay away from this pit. It is like the ghetto!

The question is, what did I like about it and it’s nothing! The breakfast room is full of cats and his dirty. The rooms are dusty and dirty and there’s mold in the bathroom and there was no shower and when I turned on the Jacuzzi tub it flooded and the entire bedroom was flooded.

We had incredible time with my family of 4. The rooms was spacious and the views were great! The staff was so amazingly kind as well. The area is quiet and relaxing so we loved it

Awesome location, less than 10 mins walk from all the attractions. Property was clean and modern with exceptional service. Breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff was always ready to help

The staff are helpful, although it took a moment. We received water bottles daily and the minibar was included in the room type. They were kind to offer us breakfast, and the kitchen staff were lovely.

All the corridors and many of the rooms smell like cigarettes and ashtrays. We told them and had to change our room but it didn’t really help. The bedding didn’t seem particularly clean and I realized that this was not their fault. The laundry that they use is round the corner and not particularly good. I sent some clothes to the laundry and they came back dirty and nicely folded. I had to get a refund as it was clear to see. I wouldn’t stay there again, mostly due to the smell, but also because it might be more convenient to stay closer to the mevlana museum.

Exceptional stay.

The location was great! It was in walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel is so much nicer than the photos, everyone was so helpful, facilities were amazing! For the price and value it exceeded my expectations for sure. We have not had time to use the spa but it was nice to have a free spa!

The staff were very friendly, the value was good, and the restaurant in the evening was good after a long drive with tired kids. We would stay here again when visiting Konya.

The room was incredibly hot with no real way to cool it down. This is typical for Turkish hotels though, they like to sleep in the heat! Also the breakfast was not good. Would not pay extra for it. Things seemed to have been sitting out for awhile, limited variety, questionable hygiene.

We were treated quite well and enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely hotel and we were surprised at how big the place was. The parking was a true life saver for us since we drove in from another state. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Location within proximity to all the main shops/attractions in Konya, free parking, they sell souvenirs in reception

Wifi is strong. Toilet is big. The breakfast eggs are cooked on the spot and nice.

Room is quite dark. Underground garage for parking is very narrow.

The location is convenient right in the middle of the city and has underground parking. The breakfast is very good and lots of options to chose from.

It was not easy to find the hotel with our GPS. Luckily a helpfull man led us riding on his bicilvle the way to the hotel garage. The reception staff did not give correct informations about the hotel facilities and poor informations for tourists.
