The staff is hungry for tips, if you allow they will expect a tip for everything! Including, if you order food to your room, there will be a 20% charge for that, and the person delivering the food will also expect tip

Very easy access to the pool and the beach. Big and clean swimming pool. Friendly staff, and great response to feedbacks from administration.

Hotel membership discounts do not apply to reservations through Booking. We were oriented to avoid reserving through Booking in order to not miss membership discounts. I believe it should be more clear in hotel description in Booking.

Some rooms are bad isolated. The ants get in from the window. It needs to be remodel or fixed. The staff cleans very well everyday but the ants/bugs still get in.

Nice installations- good pool

Many local tourists come to get drunk at the pool which seems to be wanted by the hotel as there is a Bar inside the pool. Not very Family friendly when this Kind of behaviour is Not prohibided

Great location right right on an excellent beach. The pool was large and super child friendly. Lots of activities for the children. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loud music by the pool throughout the day, which ruined our plans for a relaxing holiday. The whole hotel was under renovation, with a lot of noise. The food was generally poor, breakfast included, which is a problem when there are no other restaurants nearby. Annoying to have to pay 8 soles for a bottle of water in the room after paying thousands of dollars for the stay.

The facilities are really nice, the pool is great, accommodation comfortable, good offers for families with kids!!

Value for money - not the cost for the booking (accommodation) but everything you consume at the facility is way to expensive - food, drinks, sand toys for kids, you feel like ripped off because they know there are no other shops or restaurants close

Very friendly staff. Clean facility, and the pool was sparkling clean !! Loved it ! Maria Juarez, our room cleaning lady, was amazing and very professional. She did an excellent job keeping our room in great condition every day of our stay, so kudos to her !! ?

in the room our phone never worked we reported at reception but I didn’t work also the window door was without locket

nothing you get Surprise when u step in hotel the prices are different from when u do it by Booking.com also they try to charge me 18 % tax when I am not a resident from Peru . that is not all if u bring your pets they charge u everyday and at the end is like getting a separate room I was not happy and left the next day .

I book this hotel by booking. com but when u step in is a different price they have there own policy so if u price in Booking.com becomes twice at what u did your Booking.com I don’t recommend this hotel to no one.

Wonderful beach, incredible pool (with underwater stools at the bar), beautifully designed and maintained. The hotel is very modern, very clean and very beautiful. My Jr. Suite was large, clean, very comfortable, and included a very large balcony with a stunning view of the ocean. The staff were all helpful, cheerful, a joy. My stay was near perfect and I cannot wait for my next trip there.

The food in the restaurant was so-so. I think they would be better off scaling back the huge dinner menu with the hopes that a narrower focus will improve quality. The included breakfast is much better than most hotel, although the cooked food was fairly cold.

Great location, staff are really friendly and always ready to help with anything.

The bar and restaurant could stay open a bit later.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is surrounded by a palm tree sort of forest. It has direct access to the beach. You can actually eat or drink while at the beach. The pool is amazing. Staff are well trained. Food is very good.

Breakfast could be better. Not enough healthy options.

The beach was clean and quiet.

The rooms were uncomfortable. Little space for luggage, tiny bathroom. Noisy at night. The menu at the restaurant was limited. The meals that had chicken were bad. The meals took a good 30 minutes to arrive at the table after ordering. Some days they confused the meals or forgot the orders.
