My stay at the Grand Delphin BE Hotel has the potential to be a five-star experience, but unfortunately, the cold weather impacted our visit. While that was just bad luck, it meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool. However, despite the chill, we still appreciated the warmth of the sun.The real issue, though, was the temperature in our corridor on the second floor (D category family rooms), which was noticeably colder than other floors. This made our stay uncomfortable and, unfortunately, led to my daughter falling ill from the very first day. If you’re traveling with family during cooler months, I’d recommend avoiding the second floor D category family rooms.Another downside was my check in experience. The receptionist who assisted me was quiet, cold, and unhelpful, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I won’t mention her name, as I don’t want her to get into trouble, but I do hope the hotel provides better customer service training. On the other hand, all the male staff I encountered were professional, friendly, and attentive especially Maksat, who went out of his way to assist me. At the end of the day, guests are only at the hotel for a short time, and a simple smile and kind words can make a big difference. My advice to management: Please ensure all staff, regardless of gender, race or background, provide the same level of warmth and hospitality. As frequent visitors to Turkey (2-3 times a year), we truly appreciate these small but meaningful gestures.

Half the water facilities (water park) were closed which was not mentioned anywhere in booking process.

Every thing at the hotel was exceptional from the rooms, to hotels staffs, facilities and most especially the food and drinks was great. The location was good , I don't usually write reviews my first time ever writing one.

I love hotel decor, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. The buffet is very nice with a variety of foods.

Booking a table at the à la carte restaurants proved to be quite challenging. They are often fully booked, and guest relations tend to swiftly suggest tables at restaurants that aren't included in the all-inclusive package, which can be frustrating during your holiday.

Good Facilities, however limited of visiting in the winter months.Very friendly staff.

When busy, very difficult to get service, table at the bars and restaurants.Food could use more variety, especially for vegetarians, it was the same food for the entire duration of the stay.

Everything was good except pillows were terrible and air on was set to hot temp as hotel policy for November. But staff/food and general hotel was brilliant. Kids loved it ??

Location.

There were insects on the bed. We got bitten by them.As I booked a sea view room. We never got the sea view. Very bad experience with the room. Why taking money for what you are not going to deliver.

Spa staff very rude and unhonest

Everything. The hotel is super clean, staff was very professional, food was good and a huge choice is available, loads of things to do and various activities.

The choice of 6 pools was fantastic and the aqua park. The kids pool which had a range of slides as we had a 2 year old.The choice of food at the main restaurant was good as well as the stalls outside serving fries, shawarma, ice cream, sandwiches and more which was included in the all inclusive. This meant that the days we didn’t want to go inside for lunch we could outside.Waiters/waitresses will keep checking if you need drinks or snacks by pool sides which was good.When we asked any questions the staff helped as much as they could.

The kids pool closed quite early (17:00), not sure why this was as the other pools would remain open.

I booked pool view room but I got no view room.I confirmed my invoice after l realised that thing.The invoice is reduced around 400 euro.If the staff had informed, I would have been happy.

The facilities, lots to do

The lady in the shop downstairs wheee I was enquiring about goggles and inflatable for pool was very rude. Needs to improve on her customer service for a 5* hotel

The bets thing was the poools so amazing and the staff very friendly and family like. The breakfast was yummy, natalie from guest relations took catering a lot.

The furniture is old not updated and the outside there are no good activity for my kid 11 year old and for grownups it was boring to stay for longer than 4 days. The buffet could be more attractive and well presented more and drinks and coffee is not taste good could be more better. It feels like the rooms and activities stayed in 2000 did not upgrade and not take care of the facilities management. The place is very happy and feels good only if those notes are taking care of.

The amount of activities available for adults, children and for the whole family is incredible. The food offer is out of this world. From Turkish cuisine, through European specialties and even the good and simple nuggets with French fries (beloved by the little ones)

The Resort map, received upon check-in is good, but lacks some information regarding the restaurants locations. The information about the main events is good, but regarding the secondary events, it's not crystal clear.

Excelent hotel and food, lots of entertainment and pool options, finally good internet connection in a resort in Turkey.

Beach is not ideal, yet the pier is great in very hot weather. Resort should be more active in preventing water pollution by replacing plastic cups and straws at least at pier bar and beach bar. You cannot expect all people to be responsabile about that.
