great location good breakfast

Some another guest open my hotel door and say sorry. I ask reception how can another guest can be enter my room ? they just say sorry. intersting, they have a problem with room safety, also room safe is not working.

The Hotel staff are so friendly and professional. It has a great view and close to everything on the Main Street. Free and available parking too. I highly recommend it

I had a wonderful stay at REO Hotel – Ex Pacco Hotel. The property was modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a relaxing pool area and a great atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a short walk from many restaurants and coffee shops, making it very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.

The only point that could be improved is the breakfast, as the variety was a little limited compared to expectations.

Very comfortable and family-friendly hotel! The room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect — right in front of the beach and close to everything. Big thanks to Sude, Adnan, and Batu for being so kind and welcoming. The service was great, and while the food was acceptable, the overall experience was lovely. Would definitely come back!

Only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The rooms were really small for the price they were charing. Not enough space to move around in the room. For 168 euros the bathroom shower was kid size. To get help from.the hotel staff had to be communicated N number of times. Not great staff or hospitality. The front desk lady was always on the phone and never communicated regarding our airport transfer in spite of asking her a couple of times . We had to book our own taxi to the airport later .

The location is perfect the staff very friendly and nice specially Sude.

The room a little bit small,

Ideally located on Konyallti beach with quick access to many beachfront facilities.

Poorly maintained hotel with very poor cleaniness and the worst housekeeping i have experienced. The floors are stained and dirty, curtain rails broken, dead insect in the bathroom which wasnt cleaned for the 4 nights we were there. Needed to go to reception even for basic things like toilet tissue or water.This is definitely not a 4 star facility or a 4 star experience.

The location was good, and the room had a large terrace with a very beautiful view.

The hotel is in need of renovation and a thorough cleaning. The rooms were dirty. There was ash from previous guests in the toilet. Trash from former occupants was found under the bed. There were ants, and once we even saw a cockroach. Cleaning was done in the room, but only superficially and mainly to change the linens. Trash in the corners remained untouched both before and after our stay. The bathroom and jacuzzi had to be cleaned by ourselves, as the cleaning done by the staff was very poor.

I had booked full sea view room but I got the partial/side sea view room.Breakfast was not so good; there were only few options.

The sea view was superb and excellent location .The staff are less and room service not available .

The breakfast was really nice – plenty of variety and everything was fresh. The location is excellent, very central, and you can easily walk to the beach or the city center. There are also extra breakfast options you can order for an additional charge, and they’re definitely worth trying. The chef prepares them fresh on the spot, and they’re super tasty. It was a lovely stay – thank you!

Spending time on the room’s balcony was just wonderful. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a view. If you like, you can also request breakfast in your room by informing the reception a day in advance. It comes with an extra charge, but it was totally worth it – such a lovely experience!

I really like the variety of breakfast everyday, and the view from our room was just stunning, we loved waking up to the sunrise and the beach.

During our stay, we experienced significant noise disruptions due to a loud party taking place in the hotel. As a family with young children, this greatly impacted our ability to rest and enjoy our stay. We would appreciate better noise management in the future or the option to be accommodated in a quieter area of the hotel.

Our stay at Reo hotel was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and made us feel so special especially with the welcome basket and the effort they made to make my mom's birthday a special one. Breakfast was great every morning with a wide selection and the room was very comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again when I'm back in Antalya for a visit.
