Bed bugs - stay away!

My vacation experience was ruined because the hotel has a bed bug infestation. At first, I thought the bites were from mosquitoes, but I woke up in the middle of the night with bloody bugs all over my bed and on the floor. I had to take allergy medication and seek treatment for the bites. The staff at the reception pretended they didn’t know what those bugs were. There was no compensation or even a simple apology from the hotel. The hotel didn’t seem interested in addressing the problem, so if you plan to stay there, be sure to check the mattresses for any uninvited guests.

It is close to the beach

Staff is rude, except for Huseyin, they don’t care about their clients. Asked for iron for several days and always their answer was we will bring it but they didn’t bring it. Asked to take breakfast to the airport since we were leaving early, didn’t try even to help.

Staff is very kind and friendly. The location is great. Air conditioning works. That’s all what was good.

It’s not a 3 star hotel, it’s 2 stars max. No soundproof at all, feels like you’re sleeping right on the street. Could hear everything happening in other rooms too. The rooms are crazy basic, not a thing beyond what’s absolutely necessary. Shower not working well, a curtain doesn’t cover an entire window. My sleep was ruined. Sleeping is impossible unless you have very good earplugs and a mask. Bed linen is TERRIBLE, very poor and not clean, even visibly. There’s not a proper sheet to cover yourself in your sleep, only some kind of a big waffle towel. I felt as if I was sleeping in a cheapest hostel. Pillows are uncomfortable. Cleaning lady was very sick and was still sneezing without a mask in every room. My family got sick too. Everywhere was dark hair (on bed linen, towels etc). Swimming pool is cold, even the heat is not motivating to go into that water. Breakfast is basic and not good.

Location, very polite and friendly hotel staff, plenty of space to park your car in the nearby streets.

This is not a 3 star hotel- it is very dirty. The cleaning staff is not doing their work, the rooms are dirty and not cleaned properly. The room standard is very low- dirty walls, ants in bathroom, dirty fridge etc. Unfortunately it seems like the hotel is lacki g management because all of those problems could be fixed easily with decent cleaning service and a can of fresh paint…

I loved the location of this hotel; it's just a short walk from the beach and close to many great restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

The room we were given was a bit old and not very clean when we arrived, which was disappointing.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

1. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was far below acceptable standards. There were hair on the floor and stains on the elevator mirror (as shown in the attached picture). After reporting it to the reception, no action was taken for over an hour. Later that evening, only the spit in the elevator was cleaned, while the rest of the dirt was left untouched.2. Upon arrival, our room floor was completely covered in water. When I requested it to be cleaned, it was done with a filthy cloth, leaving the room with a strong, unpleasant odor similar to that of a toilet.3. On the first night, we discovered an infestation of ants crawling over our bags and clothes (see attached pictures). My wife was extremely distressed, making it impossible for her to sleep.4. The next morning, I requested a room change and some form of compensation. The manager merely offered a massage and didn’t even bother to apologize.5. The hotel staff displayed complete indifference. Despite the numerous issues we faced, when I requested a one-hour late check-out so my son could take a nap, they flatly refused.6. The breakfast was extremely basic. The coffee machine wasn’t fully operational, with only the cappuccino option available.

Everything was perfect, very good breakfast, from 7:00-10:00. We had big room with nice see view with balcony. Small but clean swimming pool. Helpful staff.

We stay two nights, nobody clean our room, but not big deal, maybe they clean when you stay more days.

No wifi!

It was in a very good location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also the beach was so close only 2 mins walk which was amazing. The pool was nice but it tends to get busy all the time so it was hard to use.

Bed bugs on one of the beds we stayed in which made it very itchy… also there were no towels in my room when we entered and had to keep asking to change them once dirty. Also the breakfast was really nice but it didn’t get filled after empty very quickly.

Great location, less than 2 minutes from the beach. Plenty of restaurants within 3-5 mins walk including 3 just outside the hotel. Minimart also 50’yards away. Nice hotel, excellent value for money.Would stay again.

Some umbrellas for the lounge chairs on the pool deck. A little more variety in the breakfast menu.

The staff was really welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location is perfect, seconds away from the beach, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes in the area. Very calm and convenient hotel, has lots of amenities and a good wifi.

The only improvement I could see would be the cleaning. The rooms are cleaned every day, but it seems like they only mop, and do not swipe. It would be perfect if they could swipe from time to time, as the mop does not catch everything. The bathroom could use a little renovating as well, but the room was clean overall and the cleaning personnel was really helpful and nice !

I must say this is a great find! It is perfectly located right next to the beach. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable. The breakfast was great and has everything you need. The pool was also open and perfect size and water temperature. The staff was great. They were all very friendly and welcoming especially the man working evenings In the reception that spoke Spanish, Ilik I think his name was, And also the man making the coffee every morning at breakfast was super friendly and could teach me some basic words in Turkish. I really enjoyed my stay here and If I come back I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Zeynel hotel If you plan to visit Antalya and enjoy Konyaalti beach!

The cleaning of the room could be a bit better, The bathroom could’ve been a bit more clean. But considering the overall experience and the price, I think this is just a minor thing not to be taken into consideration.

The location was nice. The hotel is close to the Konyaalti beach.There are a lot of cafes and some groceries nearby.There's a very nice terrace on the ground floor.We arrived early and got an early check in at around 10 am free of charge.The staff were nice, helpful and friendly.The beds were comfy.Wifi worked well.The breakfast was plentiful.Spacious shower cabins.

I chose this hotel because there was information on booking that there's a pool and it's open. I wanted to spend my vacation relaxing in the pool.However, the pool was not open until the last day of our stay. And the water in the pool was uncomfortably cold, even though it was +25 degrees Celsius that day. The waster in the pool felt colder than water in the sea. Disappointing.The fridge in our room was not working. We bought some fish and put it in the fringe overnight. The next morning we found that the fridge was not working and we had to throw away the fish. We asked the worker to fix the fridge but it was never fixed.The conditioner was hardly cooling.There was poop in the toilet when we arrived at the room. Gross!!!At breakfasts the small tea spoons were always dirty. I had to wash them again myself.Once they served gross moldy cheese for breakfast. They replaced it for a fresh one a couple of days afterwards.The walls in the room were dirty.The electrical sockets were falling out, as well as the toilet flush button.There was no consistency in the towels. One day we got 2 small towels and 2 big ones. The other day we got no rag and 2 towels. The other day we got 4 towels and again no rag.There were no paper towels in the shared bathroom on the ground floor. In the men's bathroom the door handle was broken.The shower gel was too watery and barely foaming.The lid of the kettle was broken.

Location is very good. Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants/bars nearby, also small shops and some supermarkets. I stayed around Eid holiday, the price was not that bad. Reception was nice, very friendly guys. Breakfast was very good, I like omelet and all the green leaf salad and all kinds of olives. Airco was good. Shower was strong.

Cleaning lady came to clean my room around 3 pm most of the time. She did not brush/vacuum the floor. I could see some long hair (not mine) on the floor for my whole stay. Shower tube had a leaking spot at the connection of the tap and shower tube. I told the reception 3 times, they said someone would come to fix but never happened. So, I just gave up on the leaking shower tube (I could still shower). I stayed in a Triple room, it would be nicer if there would be more chairs in the room and chairs at the balcony (there was only 1 chair in my room).
