Saye Konak Hotel ' Kaleiçi&Oldtown'

I like that it is in the downtown ,liked the wooden details of the first apartment and the modernist second apartment

The first apartment was beside pubs which we didn’t know , it was very noisy ;a true headache, and after communicating that to the staff he seemed upset from my request to change to another apartment (even though i explained that we didn’t know this would be the situation and that they should mention this in the details),eventually after talking back and forth he offered me another apartment which was much better in a quite area

Very nice place, great location and staff. Restaurant is also very good and super helpful.

Beds are a bit small.

Not much to say. Bathroom was bit small but clean. Overall we had a good stay

The Staff were the best. I have never had a staff go out of their way the way this staff did. We had a car and there's not many places to park. The staff made sure that we would have a place to park everytime we left and returned. The location in the old town was great, very walkable and accessible to everything. The price was very reasonable. Again the staff is what makes this property so great!

The room itself was meh. I am not sure about all rooms, but I'm pretty small and struggled with the size of the bathroom. I couldn't imagine anyone with size being able to fit in the bathroom. Your knees hit the wall if on the toilet. There was this noise that kept me up all night. I thought it was water from another room but no way because it was all night. Like a humm, then thud or thump. Over and over. The covers and pillows were old and had no fluff

The location is super nice! You stay in the heart of the old town, but there is no noise at night. It is very peaceful. Also, the owner and staff are super friendly and they do their best to make you comfortable.

Terrible Experience – Room Given Away Without Notice

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked through Booking.com and selected the “pay at the property” option. After a long journey, I arrived around 10:30 PM, only to be told my booking had been cancelled because my card was “invalid.” The worst part? I was never contacted by the hotel. I received no email, no call, no message from Booking.com about any cancellation. Instead, they had given my room to someone else without even notifying me. When I asked what I was supposed to do so late at night, they offered to find me another place which turned out to be a dirty hotel with a terrible smell, old towels, and an uncomfortable bed. I barely slept. I contacted Booking.com, but by 11:30 PM it was too late to find another reasonable option. The hotel staff showed no empathy and clearly cared more about money than the guests. I have never had such a poor experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they treat customers like this, they should not be listed on major booking platforms.

Lovely room and very cheap, staff were excellent and location was perfect.

I was greeted warmly by a friendly gentleman and the adorable dog when I arrived at the hotel.The stay definitely added something special to my overall travel experience.The hotel was cozy and tucked away in a quiet part of the old town, just a short walk from the seaside. It had such a relaxed vibe.My room was clean and comfy, just what I needed.The staff were super helpful, even going out of their way to serve coffee very early in the morning outside of their usual hours.And on my last day, the lady at reception really came through by helping me catch a taxi to the airport. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve missed my flight!Can’t forget to mention the Turkish white wine, they really know how to pick a good bottle.

One of the best area to stay in Antalya and the stay was extremely good and value for money. Staffs were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Set in a the old town area of Antalya the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street.it gives you a great locale to walk to nearby attractions. the rooms are cosy. A traditional Turkish breakfast was very good.we enjoyed our stay.

A traditional single storey accommodation near the main hotel in a lovely square near the main old town facilities. Good sized kitchen and spacious rooms.

Breakfast was a nice variety and came quickly. There was a proper Italian coffee machine which was nice. Service was friendly and efficient.

I found it a little tricky to find as on booking.com it says Saye Hotel and then Kaleiçi Old Town. Unfortunately it is right across from the Kaleiçi Old Town Hotel and that is where the dot on the map sent me. However once pointed in the right direction, it was fine.

Location was good, in the centre of Antalya old town. Very nice staff (offered us breakfast and coffee to go when we checked out at 7:00).

The villa (apartment) we booked is not actually located in the hotel. We would of liked to know this beforehand.The villa is located right next to the prayer announcement tower (it is very loud), so be prepared to wake up every day 2 hours before sunrise (you get used to it by the third day).Also villa's neigbour has a very loud dog that likes to bark at night.Cleanliness issues. Place needs refreshing/repairs. 1st floor toilet bowl is not fixed to the floor and it sways.

It is small but very nice and nicely situated in the Old Town

If there is anything I do not like it would be that the walls are thin and I could hear people in the room next to mine talk

Perfect Location, Just in the center of the party zone in Old town and next to a historical monument and walking distance from the shopping area as well as the Mermerli PlajiThe staff were very courteous and ready to attend any issues even came to our place at 11 at night The place I got was perfect for 3 of us.

This apartment is located in the old historical part in Antalya. It's clean around on the streets and very nice - sea is very close, city center full of restaurants and bars. Despite the central location, it's relatively quiet during the day and in the nights also - yes, some car can pass, or you can hear some people talking, but no big parties or smth like that.Staff in the hotel is super friendly.P.S. Smth to keep in mind:- drinking water should be bought separately. Don't use the tap water.- when you open the windows, street cat can jump inside the apartment (I personally don't mind that)

I was staying at the end of January, and there were couple of days with strong rain. The apartment has small inner yard, where the water removing system is not organized very well. It's dropping from some roow and going under the doors to this yard. As a result, there was a water on the floor inside the apartment. In really bad case it can go through the whole flat.I don't know, whether this will be fixed in the future, because there are not so many rainy days in Antalya, therefore, just keep in mind.

Tyrion is a very gentle and helpful lady at reception. She helps you get parked, carry luggage and facilitate your orientation around the city. The facility is great, comfortable, close to ocean front and midst lots of food shops. In short it’s a nice mix for everything that we needed for a short stay of two days.

Nothing in particular, just remain mindful that parking is not straightforward as there are narrow winded streets. But you get a protected space and again Turkon was very helpful in facilitating parking.

We had a free upgrade to stay in a larger flat with the terrace looking into the sea. The two bed flat has very high ceilings and is very spacious. The view from the flat is stunning. If we were staying longer in Antalya, we would choose stay whole day in the flat to enjoy the nice property and the view! The hotel has three rescue dogs and they are very lovely to guests. I am very impressed that the hotel could make extra efforts to rescue dogs from streets. The staff are very friendly and they speak very good English which is very helpful for us.

Only some minor issues. The extractor fan in the bathroom is missing. The bathroom electrical socket is loose. We didn’t have hot water supply to the shower immediately after checking in. The staff recovered the hot water supply quickly. I believe the minor issues mentioned could be fixed and improved.

It was a phenomenal experience. Saye was a cute boutique hotel located in one of the best locations of Oldtown. Close enough to most of the pubs and nightlife yet still very quiet at night. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They helped about anything I needed and tried to meet the guests needs 24/7. It made me felt very safe aswell because one staff member was always at the reception in charge of security and service. Room was modern, spacious and very newly decorated. They cleaned and changed the towels and sheets everyday. The breakfast was a whole another thing to talk abuot. Delicous and reallu big portions. Local items such as couple of kinds of cheeses, jams,etc. Overall It was a 10/10 experience and I will definetly return here since It felt like home in a country that is far away from mine.
