Nox Suite Rezidans

Excellent . Clean well presented and helpful staff.

It was in a very good location, high quality and very affordable.

There was a lack of English-speaking TV channels on the television.

Breakfast. Staff. Location. Facilities.

The rooms are large, the Breakfast was 3/5, rooms are clean, nice, service is good, especially huge thank you to Efkan without his warm attitude and support it wouldn’t have been the same.

Very secure, stylish apartments, fairly new building, nice pool

The apartment had a little wear and could be repaired to improve the condition.

Suite was huge. The facilities are great.Pool was big, open from 9 am till 9 pmStaff is friendly and extremely helpful. Fakhri & Efcan are wonderful.Location is a bit far off from main city area, but 10 minutes from Lara Beach by car.

Absolutely nothing.

I really liked the hotel. A quiet place. Excellent cleaning, everything you need in the rooms is there.

Maybe breakfast could have been more varied.

Cozy and quiet and the staff are very helpful

The breakfast variety has to be increased. The curtains a bit small so the you can’t close the windows very good

+ very spacious, comfortable, well-renovated apartment+ polite and helpful stuff + good wifi speed/quality + underground parking+ good location with Duden waterfalls nearby + reasonable pricing

Cleanliness & very comfortableLovely, kind & very helpful staff.

What wasn’t there not to like? The apartment was exceptional - it was very modern, clean and was a home away from home. The location was perfect with the mall just a 7 minute walk away and plenty of cafe’s nearby. The hosts were so nice, friendly and very helpful with their recommendations and answered any queries that we had.

Great apartment, very comfy, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast.

Comfortable beds and pillows, washing machine, dish washer, location of hotel, reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Clean apartment. Good amount of storage.

Didn't like the breakfast, didn't like the fact that controls for the heating in the living room was not separate from the controls in the bedroom and yet the living room was 3 times bigger than the bed room. The bathroom was too small even for one person and I did not like the towels we were given. No tumble dryer for the laundry we were given a drying rack which wasn't functional. No microwave.

I never recommend to anyone! The rate is a real scam! I really don’t know who wrote all those positive reviews. I arrived late and not feeling well. The room was very cold, no hot water, The hair dryer was broken in a way could kill somebody with an electric shock. The water at the sink and bathroom was not clear at all. It’s like a river water after heavy rain along our stay.

The stuff was so mean. They were like a prison guards. They don’t speak English and they never understand any word or answer any requests. Along 2 days no room service, no cleaning, no water, tea or coffee at our room. I was sick enough couldn’t go down stairs to have my breakfast and I asked for a room service in order to take my medication, they replayed you have to pay 40 € even though I have a free breakfast. They never care of us. They were treating us like prisoners even though the hotel was totally empty and we were the only guests.

Stayed for 12 nights and enjoyed the facilities, staff and location. Kitchen adequately stocked but some items like the frying pan clearly needed replacing.

While perfectly satisfying, changing items in the breakfast buffet would have made the meal more enjoyable.

Fantastic very modern high spec apartment with a kitchenette with all the amenities,Nice continental breakfast.

Great place to stay after dental treatment.

We enjoyed the hotel, it offered a lot of space for our family and a kitchen which was great. Staff was very friendly. Area was in a residential area which felt safe and close to lots of markets. Not particularly near any tourist attractions.

I felt the room could have been cleaner. There were old soaps in the shower and the soap dishes near the sink (which had been used) Some dirt pockets could be seen in the corner of the kitchen and we found a couple things in the fridge that should have been removed.
