Very small rooms, poor breakfast, some old facilities need to be renovated

The first night i was given the wrong room which I had booked and paid for (but this was resolved the following day). Breakfast was appreciated, but it was not the best. 'Coffee mate' as there was no milk.

The hotel is nice and close to the beach

They provided water only when checking in, but after they refused to give some.

It was clean and cleaning stuff worked very well.

We were put in a room for one person. It was a tiny room, unpleasant due to the smell of smoking. We were very disappointed and just wanted to stay another day and leave. The receptionist said that this was impossible according to the rules. And when we said that we didn’t like the room, he said ok, we need to wait another day and we will fix it, he said that we were put in this room by mistake. Of course, no APOLOGIZES! So we spent 2 nights in a tiny room but paid for a couple's room and were not offered anything in return. We also had a problem with payment in the system (not our fault), which immediately changed the tone of the conversation of the receptionists. The one who came up in the evening and directly said, “You lied, you said you paid but didn’t.” to which we showed him an SMS notification that the payment was rejected and we had already paid in cash, although why did we have to report to the employee when we had already fixed everything in the morning. Since when receptionist talk to the guests like that? There was an unpleasant aftertaste. Unprofessional service for this amount!!

Rooms were clean, good size rooms, bathroom are modern, Distance to beach is not so far away around 10 minutes walk, swiming pool was good size for small kids to enjoy. Free water and turkish tee.

Breakfast very short duration between 08-10. Variation in breakfast could be with more cheeze variation, meat and fruits, no hot and cold milk on the buffet, the lobby should have air condition 24 hours when it was 40 degrees outside,

Cleaning staff stole some of our items from our room, while we was out. Told them to investigate and look at CCTV and they said the system is not working

Location was good. Close to airport. Shops were nearby.

Hotel staff stole some of our clothes, while we was out. Rooms are not soundproof. No kettle or teamaking machines inside rooms. Bathroom is terrible with no ventilation. There are no fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are covered.

Small rooms, restricted breakfast

We stayed at the hotel for one night only on our way from Cappadocia to Çirali. The hotel is quite ok, cleaninless was ok, beds were comfortable and linen and towels were clean. The staff was kind and helpful.

The blackout curtains were small compared to the size of the window. In the morning a lot of light was coming in. Breakfast was ok for Turkish taste but lacks a bit the international side. The price was a bit too high but I guess this is the standard in Antalya.

Super clean and modern ? also big and convenient room with great balcony, good water pressure Staff very friendly and speak English

Breakfast could be better

Excellent location in Konyaalti area. About 5 mins walk to beach & 1 mile to Sahil Antalya food street. Helpful friendly staff. good value for money

Breakfast is the same everyday and you don't have much of choice for drinks. So, only turkish tea everyday.

Business style hotel, very nice for bad and breakfast type of stay. Clean rooms, all the facilities included.

I did not like we had bad experience here because the room was mot ready when we got there staff did not close the window turn on air. Room was smelled like someone smoked inside the room and it was very hot and there was a big spider came out of the bed when we open the sheet we end up going to a different hotel my wife was not able to sleep there.

Location is good. Generally hotel is modern, clean, quiet. Breakfast was a little bit simple.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it's located near to Konyaaltı beach - walking distance.Also there's very nice Uighur Restaurant (Mira) near this hotel. When we stayed hotel, all restaurant is closed, only take out was served, because of COVID restriction. But we could have a nice dinner of this restaurant at hotel's restaurant.

We didn't ask them, so it was our fault but they didn't tell us the wifi password when we checked in. It was better that they tell us when check in.
