Nice clean hotel

I like the view and the food

The lock on my door was broken. The Hotel is a little bit old

The beach is nice

The hotel is incredibly dirty. Full of mold, gym is broken and non existent. There’s gum on the wall. Staff doesn’t really care and is outdated. Whole place needs a renovation. Indoor pool is unusable and people there are smoking. Oh did I mention mold again. Yes I did. Breakfast was meh. Lunch and dinner voucher is a scam so don’t think you’ll get something like that even if it says so in the booking. Just don’t go here. Get yourself an Airbnb in the city center like Savoy.

I’ve stayed here before and had a great time. This time there was no pool, no beachfront, just machinery and building work. I’m sure it will look good when it’s finished

Staff, just rude - don’t care apart from the bar tender. I had to pay £150 to use the facilities at the hotel next door. Nowhere to relax. It didn’t say that any of the facilities were being updated. I only had 3 x days and it was basically just a bed. When I asked where I could go to relax I just got laughed at by reception. Not kind

Extremely Poor condition and run down. They have a rule not allowed to bring anything back to the hotel food drinks etc from anywhere else. Nothing in room kettle etc even had to buy plugs for the first night at a cost. Hotel food is not nice at all and only Turkish food available very pricey. Outside pool out of use green and very dirty (see pictures). The private area to sun bathe is only a quarter of the size as everything is ripped up very dangerous and completely an area not safe for young children. Rubbish everywhere and things broken and left about. Sunbeds dirty and staff have an attitude and expect a tip when buying drinks at this area. We had to take my sister who was staying in another room from us to a new hotel that the clinic arranged for us so she wasted nearly £400. It’s saying it’s a 4 star hotel maybe back in the 90’s and whole decor is completely from that era. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Pictures on website are nothing like what it is really. Needs to closed and refurbished.

We spent one night in a basic hotel in Eski Lara and then walked passed the luxurious Bilem Hotel Beach and Spa. We moved immediately, and we couldn’t be happier! ‘Shine’ on reception was extremely helpful booking taxi and trips. Our room had a balcony, with breathtaking views of the rocky beach area and the decked secluded beach area was blissful, with waves lapping against rocks , under the decking . We will definitely be back! Thank you

We enjoyed the luxurious feel of the hotel and breathtaking views from the balcony on our 4th floor room! ‘Shine’ on reception was particularly helpful when planning taxi and trips, including a boat trip to ‘Turkish Maldives’ . The private beach was a secluded decked area, over the sea. Lots of choice at breakfast, also down 2 floors to the rocky sea front.

The deck beach is great ?? The rooms are clean. The front office worker (a lady) was very polite and friendly. I would come back again to this hotel

The property itself is getting old. Though the service, the cleanliness, the beach was good. Oldness might be because we arrived at the end of the busy season

It was nice with a very amazing sea view , the suite was good too , very nice room and the bed was good too . Everything was perfect .

In the minibar only 2 water , and they didn’t check it in the next day , the room service was good and the cleaning too , but it will be better if they check the mini , also it can be better if there’s more extra things in the minibar ,

The staff especially Arzu and Shine were extremely helpful and friendly. Arzu really helped out with the excursions and gave us good advice. They welcomed us with big smiles each morning. The views of hotel were breathtaking. So beautiful! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Location is perfect too.Definitely recommend Bilem Hotel.

Worse holiday ever had all reviews are true it’s rotten

Had a room with one bed and it had no balcony as needed also it was sat outside solar panels It was advertised as a 4 star but wouldn’t rate it as 1 star The place is used as a dental hotel of which isn’t mentioned and the rooms are taken by these people free which we ended up with the worse room and the place is dilapidated We will be claiming against you and taking legal matters as I had my phone chargers taken from the room we couldn’t bear eating in the restaurant as there was cat excrement on seats and terrible I’d like someone to contact us in regards to this as we Will be taken this up

I dont know why this hotel is underrated?.. it has perfect location with a private beach which is free for their guests and the rooms are large. The bed was comfy. The breakfast is served at their restaurants next to the beach which has perfect view. The area has plenty of other restaurants and coffee shops to try each day. Will definitely return very soon.

The fitness room could have more equipment.

The location is amazing. Private beach accesss is included. Very friendly staff and room service is also excellent.

The only negative thing I noticed was that the balcony was extremely small. I could barely stand on it.

It''s on a good location

The hotel needs to improve on the following:- didn't have the iron in the hotel at all. - breakfast was not good. Can't have chips every day in the morning, no beans and hash brown was offered only once.- need to make sure that the room are cleaned daily as our room was not clean one of the day and we had to makr a complaint.- some of the staff members needs to be more friends as they dont say good morning and smile.-the hotel looked quite dull from inside.

It's a scam! The photos don't match... no buffet, no restaurant, filthy pool, dirty facilities, cockroaches, pitiful staff...

Everything! The worst hotel experience ever.I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS. Please, do not waste your money on this shitty hotel. We stayed one week and they hardly cleaned one time after we asked. Breakfast is only about vegetables, gym is a mess, doesn't work, staff also doesn't care what you're doing. Don't expect rooms that shown in pictures, they doesn't exist?

Concept rooms are the best with a private floor and excellent sea view
