Location and great rate

Breakfast was very basic for a Turkish hotel some parts needed updating

The room is quite big. There is AC in each room.

Wifi could have been better. There is mosque very close which could be disturbing if you're light sleeperAC unit could be quite noisy

Hotel was in great position and was excellent for the price staff were really nice and friendly.

The mattress was so bad and our bed was broke. Didn't sleep great at all. If they replaced the mattresses we would definitely return.

The staff were exceptional — so friendly and very helpful! The location was great, close to everything we needed. The room exceeded our expectations, and the daily room service was wonderful. Everything was very clean and well-maintained.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bad smell in the elevator and the corridor.

We had 18 amazing days at this hotel! ?The breakfasts were always delicious, and the staff provided truly outstanding hospitality — polite, helpful, and attentive.The AC worked perfectly and kept the room very comfortable.The location couldn’t be better: it was easy to reach the clinics, the Old Town, and the beach. No matter which direction we walked, there were plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel also arranged tours for us, which made everything smooth and stress-free.Another huge plus was the taxi service right outside the hotel — no waiting, you just hop in and go. That was incredibly convenient! ?Overall, it was a perfect stay that exceeded our expectations. We are already looking forward to returning again! ?✨

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the breakfasts are delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent — in fact, more than excellent! We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again in the future.

A nice location, quite close to the Archeological museum. Rooms were quiet, friendly staff and a nice buffet restaurant. I believe the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach.

Parking is on the street.

Nice but very noisy.Positives - Excellent location, great taxi service from the airport to the hotel. Warm welcome on arrival by a helpful and friendly man in reception. Room tidied every day with fresh bottled water replaced. Nice hot showers, comfy beds. Only a 25-minute walk to the heart of the old town and Hadrians Gate. 5 minute walk straight down to the seafront. Nice places to eat nearby and plenty of places to buy fresh fruit from. Negatives - Hotel had a lovely photo in its listing of a nice pool area which we were hoping to use to swim as keen runners and swimmers, no water in the pool. Breakfast was very limited, no fruit apart from one day 3 tangerines which were well past their best. Bring ear plugs, but they did not drown out the nightly noise. Woken in the early hours every night several times by dogs barking outside the hotel, then the daily wake up by call to prayer about 5am, the loud speaker is right next to the hotel. We unfortunately did not get a single night's proper sleep in 6 days. Some of the staff need to smile to give a more positive and welcoming feel for the place, especially the lady on reception.Would we come back, possibly with better ear plugs next time ? and if on a budget ?

Location was good in itself but close to a mosque, so I got waken up every morning.Nice room, but on day 2 and 3, no water refill.

Two of the most terrible workers I have ever met.When I arrived, the blond woman at the reception barely said “hello”. When I said that I had already paid via booking “she immediately said “No!”, which is like accusing me of lying. Then I showed her the receipt on Booking, she checked again and said “Ok, now paid”, as if I had just paid at that moment. She didn’t even apologize for her mistake. When I left the hotel, she didn’t say “good morning” nor “goodbye”.The old waiter was also very rude. When I asked him a question on the first day, he left without answering. On the second day, during dinner, I asked if there was water. He replied in a very cold manner, without looking at me and while leaving, “yeah, you have to check the menu”.Connections with people are the most important thing when traveling, and these two really killed the vibe for me. I can’t believe I gave 212 euros to a person who didn’t even say goodbye to me. Some locals told me that many people say tourists just as big wallets here, I now understand what they mean.You guys should go to Switzerland to learn how to treat others (especially clients) and what politeness and good manners are, because despite your age, you obviously haven’t.Kudos to the young boy and the two other women who seem to be good human beings.

The beds were comfortable that’s all Place was clean pool was clean but no toilets down so you have to go up and down with your wet swim suit I had kids with me so you can understand the trouble

I went with kids with allergy their breakfast was not suitable same breakfast everyday it would have been nice if they catered different for people with allergy separatelyStaff were ok the wifi connection was so slow electric plugs were coming off the wall and it took ages to charge our electronics.

The hotel was truly amazing and offered an unusual silence. The sea is nearby, and the hotel offers transportation twice a day to and from the beach. The reception staff were very nice, especially the young man Mustafa, who was exceptional in his friendliness and assistance with the guests.

I loved the location ,easy accessible with public transport and there taxi near the accommodation.Konyati beach was few minutes drive and town center was like 10 minutes walk .Old centre was few minutes walk too.all in all amazing place to stay The staff were very polite and taxi service guys were amazing too

Needs more variety in tne breakfast menu

1) Good location: my fav area in Antalya, 15 min to the beach along beatifull streets, 20 min to old city, taxi station 1 step near hotel2) Good conditioning (it was very hot outside)3) 24h reception desk service (arrived after 3 am)4) Russian speaking assistant at reception

1) I arrived after 3 am. Floor in the room was with a layer of dust that sticking on my feet as black marks! I had to wash floor before going to sleep with towel that turned grey after ))) 2) Room was smelling hard with men's parfume. I can only guess why it happened with the room at such late time3) Seems curtains were not washed for a years and smelling with dust and smoke4) Breakfast was very poor. I found only scramble eggs with spices and vegs. But turned out it was milky omlet and i got pain in my guts till the end of the day. I was not prepared for milk and did not notice there was any caution %)))5) There were big spots of something on bed sheet... 6) I arrived after 3 am and asked to stay longer till 6 pm as my flight was 8 pm. But I had to pay 10 euros for every 2h to stay after 12 pm. looks like i know why it smelled men parfume. Did they sell my room by hours since my hotel day started till i arrived at 3 am kindly letting them know the time i would arrive? 7) Mini fridge was hot outside as hell and slightly cold insight

Clean and large room, horrible experience with the taxi company linked to the hotel.

Our room was so close to the local mosque that the 4.30 am prayer on laud speaker woke us up. Also, we booked a total of 3 taxis through an app, everytime they approached a guy was coming out, shouting at them and send them away. We’ve been charged for all the 3 of them, and on top of it they tried to force us to use their service. We had to walk away to be able to call a cab through the app, which gives better price and let us pay with card, since we were out of cash. We arrived at the airport very late because of that.

Quite good location (about 1,5 km from the beach). The apartment is big enough for a family(2 rooms and small kitchen with fridge). Dinner was amazing, great selection of food (drinks are not included). Friendly staff.

A good 30 mins away all stones nothing like the description and full of Russia people only British in the hotel horrendous holiday

Comfortableness and quietness. It needs some time to get to the beach for swimming, but the hotel suggests a few times per day shuttle to the beach. Just 5 minutes from the hotel you'll get to the picturesque quay. There are many small shops, supermarkets and cosy family restaurants next to the hotel. And quite superb location for public transport to any end of the city.

The lamp was not working, card holder was half broken, refrigerator was barely working
