The water pressure was terrible low for the whole 3 days

The staff was the most unfriendly staff I came across on trip. The breakfast buffet was disgusting with everything seeming old and spoiled. The lights didn't work in room and we were put in a room that was far away from the actual hotel that I chose.

The location, but was over shadowed by how ugly this hotel was and how bad their service is. 1 star is a generous rating for this hotel.

Rooms were dirty. Mattresses we uncomfortable and severely sagging. The double mattress (making a king size) was sitting on a queen box leaving a foot of the mattress hanging! No wifi in rooms as advertised. Building so old w/ zero sound insulation.

Friendly. Tried. Pretty.

Not perfectly clean. Things didnt always work. Some staff were befuddled by the basics, eg Do you serve lunch? Food mediocre.

Pool hours was restrictive and overall facilites left to be desired. Hard to enjoy pool time with a bar right beside it.

The location and architecture. Great breakfast. Staff was great. Nice pool in the Fiore annex building. Rooms were quiet and beautifully done. Amy issues we had were promptly resolved

- The hotel's location in the heart of the old town is fantastic.- The hotel itself is excellent, with spacious rooms that match the pictures perfectly.- The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of choices.- The staff are extremely helpful and responsive. When my friend had an accident on the last day, they quickly sent someone with first aid equipment to assist.Overall we had a great experience at the hotel.

The internet signal in our room was weak.

Amazing pool area with all day sun, great restaurant downstairs. Breakfast super fresh. So close to beach club and marina.

What a beautiful property! It’s in the middle of the old town beautiful property . I highly recommend this hotel for old town lovers. Mermerli beach is only 10 min walk and it’s a beautiful beach. Dianna the property manager is amazing in every way. She is so kind, friendly and extremely helpful and speaks arabic English and turkish fluent.big thanks to Celin and Orhan amazing staff too.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misleading Room Assignment and Multiple Service FailuresDear Booking.com Customer Service,I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com for a specific room in the Kaleiçi district of Antalya after approximately two hours of thorough research. I selected the room based on the visuals and detailed descriptions provided. The hotel confirmed in writing that the exact room I had chosen would be reserved for me. I completed the booking and paid in advance.However, when my spouse and I arrived at the property, we were informed that the confirmed room was no longer available. Instead, we were assigned to a so-called “deluxe” room located in an annex building about 3–4 minutes away by foot.Unfortunately, this room was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard that had been promised. I outline our issues below:---Major Issues Experienced:1. Misleading “Deluxe” Room:The room was very small, dark, and cramped. The toilet and shower were separated only by glass walls and were located directly inside the sleeping area. The design felt claustrophobic and lacked any privacy. The bed was pressed against the wall due to the narrow layout. Calling this a “deluxe” room is completely misleading.2. Two External Doors, Noisy and Unsafe:The room had two doors — one opened to the hotel’s garden, the other directly to the street. The street-facing door had no visible mechanical lock, which raised serious safety concerns. Due to this, we had to place physical items in front of the door at night, in fear that the electronic lock might open and someone could enter unnoticed. Street noise came in clearly and disrupted our rest.3. Wi-Fi Connectivity Failure:The Wi-Fi signal in the room was extremely weak. Despite multiple attempts, the login page never loaded, making it impossible to use the internet throughout our stay.4. Hot Water Delay:Hot water took an unusually long time to arrive when attempting to shower.

Spacious rooms, two swimming pools, terrific breakfast included.

A hotel with very nice staff. Especially Selin was a great and helpful person. Our room was very nice and had a lot of space. The bed was very comfortable. The location was also great as it is centered in old town. Also a great place as start point to go view other things.

There was an issue with the shower water temperature.
