Stylish, well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Underfloor heating (great in winter)Gorgeous garden. Great location right next to Hadrians Gate in the old town, but still quiet. Kind, helpful staff; they surprised me with a complimentary dessert on my birthday!

Room and hotel design, restaurant, breakfast, cute cats

Couldn’t take shower at all — I waited for 10 minutes for water to warm but it only got colder. Construction noise during the day and party nearby at night.

Gorgeous, well decorated, completely originial location with a stunning graden. My room overlooked Hadrian's gate and it was such an unreal place to stay.

Teh decor, the comfort, staff was exceptional and the hotel connected was exceptional food and the best service I've ever had.

The location

I stayed in two rooms, the first one was good but the room was small for my family so I upgraded to a sweet. The sweet was good but the problem with the noise because it located beside a karaoke bar I think or something like that, the music was loud

The place is very beautiful and modern. The rooms are super clean. They have a great restaurant where you can eat and relax. We have enjoyed staying in this hotel. If we ever come back to Antalya, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Great location: center of the old town. Lovely room: love the Design room.Can park nearby.

Perhaps to add a dressing table for ladies in the couch area? A bit under the value without breakfast offering.

This place was BEAUTIFUL! What a gem of a spot- everything from the property and how it was maintained to the service. Comfortable rooms, great location (close to everything but not on a loud street), and excellent service.

Value for money I feel is a bit expensive Restaurants food are really good but service a bit slow like in breakfast time I had to wait 45 min for my meal to arrive because there was only one waiter serving every one

The lady at the reception deserves a 10/10. She is very kind and helpful. Hotel position is the best, a very clean and nice accomodation in the center of the old town. Easy access for transportation behind the hotel.Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was very good and at an acceptable price. Service was very good as well.

Do not hesitate, if you are looking for a place to stay in old town Antalya, there is no better. The people are just so amazingly kind, the grounds are so beautifully kept and peaceful and the location is perfect in old town, adjacent to all the restaurants but without the noise. The staff consistently went out of their way to help make our visit better, in fact they saved our holiday after one of our party forgot their travel documents in the hotel after we had already checked out. The staff retrieved them and sent it via a taxi to the airport to meet us.

Nothing. If you have a car, parking and navigating Old Town can be a challenge due to its tight streets.

Staff genuinely very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very boutique and has bohemian rooms styled in different and unique ways. Breakfast is great and is ala carte. The outdoor seating area is really nice. Our room had a bathtub which was very much enjoyed by my fiance.

The a/c was not delivering super cold air and the flow was on the weak side - I suspect from just being on all the time. It is very humid in Antalaya. The toilet occasionally did not flush properly but the staff were quick to fix it.

Location, interior/exterior, room condition, everything was terrific but most of all, the staffs were so extremely nice, pleasant to talk to.

This was our first trip to Antalya and we couldnt have chosen a nicer place than Casa Sur. The hotel location is the best, in the old town right next to Hadrian's gate along the stone wall. The hotel garden was so charming with orange trees, lots of garden seating and quiet. So we walked everywhere, even to the lovely Konyaalti Beach half hour away. Or one can take the Nostalgik tram, which we did on the way back. The team at the hotel were warm and made us feel at home. Nava, Aysa, Nilgun were always present and gave the best suggestions for beach visits, the trek to Lycian Way, organized a guide, airports transfers...everything was smooth and seamless. The food at the resturent was so good, the staff very knowledgeable about th efood and wines. Although we were shocked by how expensive Turkish wines are!! Will definitely choose Casa Sur if we visit the region again. Big thank you!

While the rooms were well appointed and the beds were so comfortable, the coffee and bath salts were not refilled regularly. We also would've preferred filtered water over plastic bottled water. Possibily a big suggestion for the hotel to look at.

Really everything. Beautiful place, great bedrooms and even better restaurant. The staff were exceptional, particularly Nilgun.

Heating / cooling is centrally controlled, and we were not able to cool the room which was very hot at night. Staff offered a fane but is was very noisy and not fit for purpose. Had individual temperature settings been available, the rating would be excellent.

The staff were impeccable and very friendly. We had amazing recommendations from the delightfully friendly and warm lady at reception Nilgün Güneş, who showed us around the property, local customs and culture. She’s very good at her job and made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor seating at the hotel restaurant, Cava, is stunning and very well looked after by Zoltan, whom was very knowledgeable with wines and super helpful answering all our questions. Gorgeous place, would return and highly recommend! Thank you to the whole team at Casa Sur!

Amazing experience here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and available at all hours of the day. They had lots of good recommendations of where to eat and shop. The room itself we lovely, very clean and great facilities. The hotel restaurant is also 100% worth a visit and make sure you go up to the roof top view of Hadrians wall at sunset!
