Nice large family room with balcony. Great location, nice pool, good breakfast, nice staff

Rooms are bit dated but it?s part of the charm. AC didn?t work in our bedroom but worked in living room

The location was perfect right in the middle of old town. We booked the suite and had plenty of space for our 3 big luggage’s and 3 carry ons. The suits are on ground floor which was helpful for my mother with mobility issues. The breakfast had plenty of options. Staff was very helpful.

The bathtub had a leak.

A beautiful hotel with lovely staff; they really made us feel welcomed and did everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location in Old Town. Lots of restaurants within a walking distance, very lively and at the same time it feels quite safe and quiet at night.

We loved the location. It was close to everything important. The beach, restaurants, pubs, and the main street were all within walking distance, which made getting around super easy and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, spoke English well, and communication was smooth throughout my stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and the hotel itself was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The pillows were a bit too high and firm for my personal preference, as I usually prefer softer, lower-profile pillows. I didn’t ask to change them since it wasn’t a major issue.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were really helpful and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the free omelet offered at breakfast. The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient to get around. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and overall the hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.

It was a cute, smaller sized family run property, which was nice. Room and grounds were clean.

A lot of outside noise from staff constantly working on dofferent things and talking. Pool hard to enjoy because 4 male staff members talking all day long at pool. 2 signs in room and outside state no food allowed in room. I have dietary restrictions and appreciate ability to have yogurt and fruit in morning and i couldn’t get my needs met without ‘breaking the rules.’ Had i known about this rule i would have chosen a different hotel as i have not seen this rule before. Outside a pool area i would understand but in room no. Obviously, no mini fridge in room either.

Internet was terrible. I had better signal strength from the hotel across the street then in the hotel.

The staff at La Paloma were exceptional, so helpful and pleasant. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The hotel was incredibly clean and pool area very relaxing and inviting.

This was my second visit to Antalya, but my first time staying the La Paloma Hotel and it was such a fantastic hotel. Its location is so good. It's beautifully located in Old Town Antalya, close to all the restaurants and amenities and main tourist attractions. The hotel staff could not do enough to make me feel welcome and comfortable, especially as I was a solo traveler in Turkey for 4 weeks. The room was was clean and nice and cool with great air conditioning and the bed was so comfortable. The pool was awesome, especially as it was very hot during my 6 day stay. But undoubtedly the most outstanding quality of this hotel was the staff and management who just went out of their way to make sure all I had everything I needed.

My only issue during my 6 night stay was the wifi Internet to my room was having some difficulties, and despite the best efforts of the staff to help me, this continued to be an issue most of my time there. However, this issue was largely overcome by using my phone in the hotel waiting room and poolside during the day.

Day shift team are superb (Anil & Ece) and they did everything they could to support us.

We arrived late night at the hotel, when we entered our room there was a cat inside and my wife was pregnant (cats are a big no)!. We asked for the room's cleaning, however there was no one to clean; they only gave us sheets to change.Pillows, sheets and blankets were very dirty, black spots everywhere.We had our room changed the second day after the arrival of the day shift team (which were superb but our first impression was already damaged). We only had 1 key to our room and no second key was allowed which forced us to turn off the ACs when we left the room; coming back, the room was very hot and the ACs needed like 30 mins to start cooling the room which was a disaster.Breakfast was less than average, food was displayed outside with 0 hygiene and food safety precautions especially with an outside temperature of above 40 degrees Celsius. Prices per night are super high compared to other 5 stars hotels in the area with much more benefits.Maybe the country weather didn't help much but Hotels should be prepared to such scenarios.Hygiene and food safety are major things to take care of!

I don't know why this hotel got 8.8, we stayed in similar properties around the Old Town before and this hotel was the worst by quality.Beds were not comfortableBreakfast was mediocre, and on top of that, we were given rotten cheese in breakfast boxes on the departure dayPool usage was strange- at 8 PM we were told that we can't use it as they put chlorine, after we've asked for partial refund as pool was the main point for booking- staff allowed us to useStaff itself was rude and indifferent except the young girl who was lovely and trying to help

Nice hotel in the old city of Antalya in an old building. Very good location (in the center, but quiet surrounding), nice staff, good breakfast.

Great location in the old town, beautiful little hotel with a really nice pool. Excellent and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect! We arrived early and they invited us to have breakfast while they finished preparing our rooms which was great after a long bus ride. Breakfast changed enough each day to keep it interesting but it was absolutely delicious with fresh fruits and vegetables and many other options. The rooms were just enough space for our family of four and we loved the variety of seating areas to eat, relax, play cards etc. The pool was a fabulous spot for us and our kids to cool off since it was so hot! We used it often! The location was perfect right in the middle of the old town and easy walking distance to many sites and food options. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved Antalya and La Paloma!

Location, personel, cleanliness is very good.

Breakfast definitely nefes to be improved. The food served in the mornings is not fresh and tasty. It’s not a cheap hotel and definitely it does not cost to serve a bit better breakfast. That’s why I got 2 points off.

Great staff, location, and value for money. Generally, meet our expectations.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all the places around the old town Kaleici and the bars and restaurants. Highly recommend it
