AYHAN HOTEL

The reception person was nice

Outdated property in the shady neighborhood. Room is filthy, bed sheets are kind of dirty. No blankets, just sheets. Strong cigarette smell in the building. The view from the room to destroyed houses

Breakfast, location

Small room and bathroom

Location is perfect, rooms were little bit tidy but clean, breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was too small

Staff very helpful with us friendly, good part have a parking ! And its very close to old town!

Non

The location of the hotel is a bit isolated, so it might feel unsafe if you’re traveling alone or with just women. The bathroom had mold, and overall it didn’t feel very clean. During my 3-night stay, I saw cockroaches twice. The first time, I went to the reception, but the staff couldn’t understand English. He came to check the room but just said it was late and they would handle it the next day. The following morning, I explained again to another staff member, but they also didn’t understand English, so I had to use a translator app. They said they would tell housekeeping to seal the gaps in the bathroom, but since there was only one housekeeper, they said “later.” When we came back in the evening, nothing had changed. On the last day, another cockroach appeared. When we mentioned it at checkout, the staff just said they could have changed my room if I had told them earlier. Among the staff, only one older man spoke English well; with the others, communication was almost impossible.

We were happy staying. Just the room was very small . Breakfast was awesome. Convient place to stay. Milie was an excellent kind hearted gentleman. ❤️

Room is too small . Everything else was great

Staff was very friendly, room was comfortable, and the location was excellent — close to the old town and mall.

Short trip, didn’t notice anything unusual

Staff and their behavior.. always very helpful

The bathroom is very small and AC fluctuates too often

Central location, nice and clean room with rooftop breakfast

location-near to the old center, near to the beach Konyaalti. Clean and comfortable

everything was good, thank you

They serve local/ Turkish cuisine for breakfast, which was amazing. And the location was great and close to central part of city.

Disappointing

"Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected. The room we booked was advertised as air-conditioned, but the AC was not working at all. On top of that, the air conditioner filter was very dirty, which made the room uncomfortable.

I seriously don’t understand the good reviews. My experience at Ayhan Hotel was absolutely terrible. The bathroom and toilet leaked water every time I took a shower. I reported it to the staff, but they completely ignored me. I sent email for another issue - no response. Tried contacting the owner on WhatsApp—zero reply. Totally unprofessional and careless. The bathroom had mould, which is disgusting and unhealthy. I even took videos as proof, but no one seemed to care.It gets worse—there’s loud construction happening just 5 metres away from the hotel. The noise is constant, from early morning till late. You can hear it clearly inside the room. And no, the windows are not soundproof at all—you can even hear people talking on the street all night. Sleeping is nearly impossible. And to top it all off, the hotel is in a very unsafe area. I never felt comfortable walking around, especially at night. Definitely not recommended for families or solo travellers. This place should not even be in operation. Don’t waste your money or your peace of mind. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel is located in a very good place close to city centre and old city ( Kalaichi and markets) as well. I really appreciate the help and hospitality of the reception staffs who advised us regarding our plan trip which was very helpful. Staff all were very kind. Thanks again for everything they did for us.

Excellent stay. Great hotel at the heart of the city center. Great location and super clean with an amazing staff. Very helpful and super friendly. Highly recommended

Location, very friendly staff (Mr.Volcan), clean ,Comfortable , parking

Nothing . All good

Had a comfortable stay with very helpful and well mannered staff. The breakfast served was good.

The location for the old town was great. Lots of shops and amenities near by and everything was within a short walking distance. The staff were helpful and accommodating too.

The room was not quiet, you could hear a lot from the road outside and the rooms close by. The room was small too and whilst the room was refreshed daily, there were things missed and not replenished.

Good amount of breakfast, very friendly staff and big room enough for a family it’s very close to old bazaar and marina from where you can take boat trips, do scuba diving, have beach side lunch or dinner

Air Conditioner was not adequate.
