The receptionists are very nice and welcoming. Location is not far from the sea and they even provide umbrellas and towels for the beach

Rooms are a bit small and you can hear all noise from the hallway

Rooms are a lot smaller than they look from the photos. The tea and coffee area had already used sachets of coffee left in it and no new sachets, so it was not great housekeeping.Trying to complain and sort the coffee sachets wasn't easy as the guy on reception spoke no English. Luckily, we only had one night there.

Good location 5 mins walk to the beach..Rooms are good size and clean..They allowed me to check in early as the room was ready and when I checked out they allowed me to leave my luggage in the reception area until night..Helpful and kind staff :)

Quiet location

Very very rude staff especially the Owner (very bad person, he doesn't respect the passengers)They know nothing about tourism.

we paid for a standard room and got a 2 by 2 attic room, from which the roof leaked and it was 60 degrees inside, there was no sleeping

Superb location - right next to the beautiful Konyaalti park, but "far" enough from the main road (so no noise from cars etc.), it's like 5min walk to the beach.Very friendly staff, also staff at the reception desk was able to communicate in English.Nice room (+ good air conditioning, exceptionally spacious fridge, tea kettle, electric sockets next to the bed, large wardrobe).The whole hotel feels nice.Didn't use hotel Wi-Fi so cannot comment on quality (I have bought a cheap e-sim for network data and recommend you do the same - not just in this hotel), but I noticed the room had sockets for Ethernet cable which may be convenient if you have a travel router.Breakfast menu - some cheese, olives, tomato, red pepper. Simit and other Turkish breads (?). Nutella, jam. Hot food - some kind of egg omelet, and then either aubergine, potatoes, egg bread toast, cake. Hot soup (most often pea). Drinks - tea, water, and coffee machine. Even though I'm not a big fan of Turkish breakfasts, I think breakfasts were okay.

Just minor, rather unimportant things:Very small bin.Seems like TV language cannot be changed.It wasn't possible to close one shower door.Breakfast - cappuccino from the coffee machine was absolutely horrible, coffee too. Espresso (which was definitely not an espresso) was acceptable, Hot Chocolate was delicious.

The location was perfect but a little bit loud at night because of the clubs nearby making loud music.

The cleaning is not running well. The floor was dirty till we asked for cleaning. The bed was good but badly covered..

The hotel is close to the beach and there are a lof of restaurants nearby. The air conditioning is working well and there aren’t any insects inside the building.

The bed was too soft, so after a couple of days our backs started to hurt. Even when we asked the staff to remove the top matress it was still too soft. The breakfast does not worth the price, there are only a few types of food and they run out of stock fast as they do not always refill it.

Location is great , friendly staff , especially the night shift receptionist Janara, was very helpful. Housekeeping good , limited but delicious breakfast “like home” , nearby many good restaurants, beach is 6 min walk , Starbucks and other coffee shops on the way from hotel to the beach , very convenient because coffee at the hotel is instant , not ground. Air conditioning works great. TVs have usb input on the side so I would recommend putting some movies on a flash drive and take with if you like to watch something at night

Clean room, good breakfast, close to everything I would want to to get to and close to convenient bus stop.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was really quite though the location is very central.

I wanted to change my stay at the hotel but they did not accept it. There was a 30% discount when I saw on booking.com but it is same preis, even cheaper if you go there randomly without any booking.
