Prime Boutique Hotel

The staff was friendly.

The hotel is ranked as a 5 star but it wasn't even close to be a 5 star hotel. Everything was old and there was ants everywhere. Not worth the price at all.

Clean comfortable and beautifully situated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Entrance to the parking lot was odd.

Location

Great location with a wonderful view of the beach, and it’s easy to reach all parts of the city thanks to the tram line that ends right next to the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options to choose from

The location is perfect, and the view was windfall. The facility was good. Breakfast was very good

The bathroom has no drain on the floor, and it has a bad smell.

Breakfast on roof

The seaview room at 1/f is not good

I most definitely liked the size of the rooms and the sea view and the terrace on the 6th floor had an amazing view ??,the location is perfect not far from the old town.

The only the that I think could be improved and that I didn’t like is that there was almost no desserts for the breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent - plenty of options and everything was delicious. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing

The bathroom was not very comfortable: the shower cabin and sink were inconvenient, and the sanitary equipment looked quite worn

The view and reception ( Eray) was exceptionalHelp us with everything

Room cleaning was badNo elevator

Our second visit to this hotel due to the convenient location and free parking. Got a free room upgrade with a sea view.

The sea views were great and was situated very close to the old town. Staff were quite helpful and did their best to help.

The room facilities were disappointing with torn bedsheets and towels. The breakfast was limited with only Cheese Omlete available and they could not make a vegetarian omlette for whatever reason. The reception was dark at nights and gave a haunted feeling.Lastly, it was way overpriced for the quality and cleanliness. I would have rather stayed elsewhere for a minimal price difference but much better facilities. The hotel needs to improve on these aspects.

Great sea view. Close to tram line.

Clean in general but can be more attentive to details.

I loved the view of the sea and the mountains it was stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy beds, good facilities. Breakfast was great and nice variety of food. The neighborhood is very quiet and its a 5 - 10 min drive from the old town.

Only the beach veiw

No one was at reception when we reached the hotel plus the lobby was totally dark without any lights and the washroom and furniture of hotel was pathetic

Clean, quiet, pool area nice. Lots of choices for breakfast and staff helped us get breakfast when we had a day trip with an early start. We had dinner there a couple of evenings too and the food was delicious, very generous portions too

Had to change rooms as our fridge didn’t work and WiFi was poor.

Beautiful view, prime location (close to old town as well as beaches and parks). Clean room and courteous staff. Decent restaurant

Slow WiFi

Amazing and nice

Everything, size, interior, view, swimming pool ?

The room was retro chic and the view was so nice!close to beach and shopping.Breakfast was good and in a nice setting.

Big parking zone. Good personnel, they told us about everything we interested for (and ordered taxi when we checked out). Perfect view from the room. Breakfast (buffet table) on the open terrace. Huge bed.

Rooms are in need of repair, old furniture. Air conditioning can suddenly turn on when you sleep at night.

Location in front of tram Walking to the downtown Cost vs facilities and locationRestaurant view on the trace

Frankly I surprised they are not promoting their great location and very nice hotel I booked as just hotel for 2 nights but we enjoyed a lot
